      We painted our interior walls before some days (4 days ago, today 25 th march ) using asian paints with a grape color. Now when we touching the wall the colour get fading. The actual color code is X128. We purchased it from sargam enterprises at changaramkulam in malappuraram district, kerala. Can you please check it, then it might be helpfull . Our place is north punnayur near Chavakkad.

        My apartment in Baroda, at 102 Shalin, Vrajdham Mandir Road Manjalpur Baroda 390011 was painted by you in January 2017. As the walls had leakage I was advised that the entire plaster be peeled off, Damplock be applied and then repainted on a portion of the walls. I paid the extra charge at 147 Rs/sq.ft, plastering was done and was advised to wait for a month and half for plaster to dry out completely.

        Now since 15th march I am calling One Mr. Tejas, who is incharge of my work, daily and initially was giving one deadline after another to complete the work, Now SINCE LAST THREE DAYS, HE HAS EVEN STOPPED ANSWERING MY PHONE CALLS.
        So I really do not know when my remaining work will be done.
        BTW, I am a repeat customer, having the same apartment painted 6 years back from you, moreover, due to my recommendations atleast 4-5 other residents form my building also had got painting done from you and this is the way you treat your old customers?
        Kindly instruct your Baroda dealer/agent to comp, ete the pending work immediately AND INSTRUCT TEJAS TO ANSWER CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS.

          I took paint service at Dwarka New Delhi. Company did a extremely bad painting work. I am struggling with their executives for last 6 months for repair for left out work but they do not respond at all.

          Every time I am given a new date form repair but neither anyone turns out in those dates nor I am informed. One mistake I did was to make full payment.

          After lots of followup with local contact Harendra ([protected]), i contacted his senior Vaibhav on December 2016 and he assured action within a week. But despite regular follow up even today (12 March 2017), repair has not happened. I called Vaibhav ( [protected]) at least 30-40 times in a day but he does not take call.

          Then I contacted Ms. Astha Gupta (98***41023) senior of Vaibhav. She was even worst. She talks all goods but is extremely bad executive. Despite her intervention, work has not completed in 15 days.

          Another issue with Asian paint was refund of color consultancy changes of INR 2000. It took me 4 months to get back 2000 from the Asian paint. I had to extremely rude with them after follow up of 4 months then they returned my money. Otherwise they were giving dates over dates.

          I do not know where should I complaint now. Asian paint senior executives number are not available on their website.

          In sum, do not trust services of Asian paint and do not pay them money until your work is fully complete. Or you can hold back some amount for one or two months after completion of paint work.

          Vaibhav, Astha and Harendra their 3 executives are completely useless

          We have done all over house painted through Asian paints and had ordered for wall stickers. We have given the order and the payment almost two months back but the service person promises to deliver every weekend but still no news.We would like to have a refund.

            I got my house royal painted and in less than one month one of the room wall is having bubble coming up.
            After contacting Asian Paint POC - all that i was told it was due to dampness of the wall.
            Are they not supposed to tell that before the paint?

            Now I have been following up with Asian Paint to give the color code but no response. Can you please help?

              It has been 7 days since i lodged compliant but no action has been taken by Asian Paint. In fact no one has called. I tried reaching Astha Gupta but that lady seems to be most unconcerned. I am asking phone number of her senior for last 15 days but she is not giving, she gave me an email id Vinay Charaniya but that also incorrect. I do not know where to know.

              This cheat company Asian Paint has taken money and now not no one from them is responding. No one should take their services. They seem to be fraud.

                I was getting my painting work done from asian paints..
                The assigned person Rahul took the full payment from us.. but didn't completed our work.. he started even ignoring our calls.. after repetitive msgs and calls he is not bothered to complete the work.. there is no finishing in the work.. I payed around 2 lakh for my painting work.. and it looks like some cheap paint done from some local contactor..
                Please take necessary actions asap otherwise I will have to go to consumer court for the matter to get sorted..

                  In February 2016, Colour Concepts, an agent of Asian Paints in Kolkata, used Ultima Protek to paint our house at a exorbitant price claiming Ultima Protek would protect the exterior of the house from damp. It was therefore very disappointing to see damp on 2 external walls in June 2016. I reported this matter to Colour Concepts who said that they would sort out the matter after the monsoon in September. Although I kept ringing them about this matter, nothing happened. In January 2017, Mr Vishwanath Agarwal visited the site and took pictures of the damaged area and my warranty papers. Although I've been in touch with his senior, Mr S Kar, this matter has not been resolved. In fact I keep getting fobbed off with various excuses. It is a disgrace that the external painting done under the name of Asian Paints has failed to live up to our expectations. Their advertisements regarding Ultima Protek seems to be based on false statements as it does not protect the exterior from damp. I am extremely upset that although I paid nearly 2 lakhs to have the exterior of my house painted, the paint is peeling or dropping off and their after sales service is extremely poor and inefficient. I have been ringing Asian Paints agents in Kolkata, Colour Concepts, for nearly one year and have not been given any assurance that the matter will be dealt with satisfactorily.

                    This is the photo of the staircase railing, on which you were supposed to do spray painting of epoxy paints, and i have paid fully for the same. But as you are already aware and from what you can see in this photo above, the painting done by yourselves, is inferior to normal enamel painting too. We have finished all other works in our new house including italian marble flooring, teak wood balustrade and doors and windows, expensive electrical fixtures and even meticulously made green areas.in the middle of all our expensive interiors, your railing painting is an eyesore and seriously demeaning for us personally and an embarrassment in general. We are and feel very cheated by this. I have raised this issue of wrong work done by many times and have waited long for you to provide a solution.
                    There has been no attempt by you untodate to undo the damage done by your painters.
                    No spray painting was ever done here, in line with the payment received from us and we are clueless to understand the methods adopted by your painters to achieve such ugliness, as seen in this actual photo.
                    In the absence of any corrective response from you further, we will initiate the appropriate legal action as per our rights, against the probably irreparable damage done by you.

                          Myself kumud ranjan had house in Patna shivpuri, had purchased ultima paint around 16 drums of 20 ltr and 8 drums of 4 ltr apex, all paints are applied on exterior walls with proper procedure, because previously paint was almost in right texture, that was also Asian, i had done this paint for color change only,
                          after applying of the paint within three months painting of the exterior wall comes out automatically, at the time of painting my painter had properly rough the service, and after that putty procedure had been done, and then applying the sand paper on it, then the painting procedure had been done, i already complain this issue to Asian paints, but after taking three months time the service advisor had rejected the issue, stating that y had not applied the primer paint,
                          my big Q is this is in case of repainting there is the primer procedure, didn't get written in Asian paints painting procedure, the service adviser Mr jawed had openly told on phone that i will write that y not applied the correct procedure of painting, the y can get any warranty claim, i have the mobile recording of that conversation, this is the service adviser concern around this complain,
                          my sincere request is this kindly take this matter on urgently basis, because i had 5 lakh expenditure for complete house painting, and paint is swipe out within three months, company claim for warranty for seven years, all paints are purchased from authorize Asian paints delar nirman hardware, opposite Laxmi complex, boring road.
                          either y take the action urgently, otherwise i will put this matter to the consumer court for compensation, along with mental harassment case also. myself kumud ranjan contact no [protected], whatever is your concern convey me as early as possible.

                          Dear Kumud, there is standard painting system requires primer to be applied even when re-painting. Primer ensures adhesion of the paint to the surface. Thus without an adhesion of primer the paint is likely to come off in a few months as has happened in your case. Due to improper application system this complaint is not being accepted.

                          Is any written recommendation in case of repaint if yes, then why dealer had not recommended to me for the primer, he doesn't told any thing, afterwards i contacted well professional painter, he doesn't recommend me the primer in case of repaint, i totally done paint procedure for color change only, AND ANOTHER ISSUE FOR COLOUR FEDING WITHIN 15DAYS, just to justify it, whole thing i will put this matter in the consumer court, and then i will talk through this mode.thank you

                            Sir.. before three days i bought Apex Exterior Emulsion and some other goods from Anjani Paints, Tenali, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh,
                            The shopkeeper give me Duplicate Apex Exterior Emulsion in two bucket 20 liter and 4 liter. When my painter told me about duplicate paint i call to shopkeeper but he not give any response, after then i call to Asian Paints Helpline '[protected]' and registered my complaint. i call to shopkeeper and told about complain in Asian Paints. After this he returned my two bucket paint (20 liter and 4 liter) which cost was (4410 Rs and 1090 Rs) total 5500 Rs. But shopkeeper returned me only total 4500 Rs and not returned me original bill. Right now i have a photo copy of bill. from the above i lost my 1000 Rs in paint and my two days labour cost which i give to my three painter of 2100 Rs. So total i lost 3100 Rs and mentally i was trobuled last two days. So sir i will kindly request you take action to Anjani Paints, Tenali, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

The company should catch him. He is managing the administration. please catch him

                              We just (2 weeks) finished painting our house exterior using Apex Ultima Protek. We get shocked seeing that the color is melting in many places. I wonder if this could be an effect of dew drops in this winter season! We are worried about the durability of such painting! During purchase we were told that Apex Ultima Protek would provide more than 15 years of warranted protection. Therefore immediate inspection is required..

                                Respected sir / ma'am,
                                I found the contractor of the above name as-Sanjay Maske. from the website of
                                Asian Paints in a option called Locate a dealer.

                                I called and confirmed the Painting work for an total painting of a flat by saying Textured with design (Stencil) for an wall and i will choose the paint product.then the painting work proceeded after few days he started creating issues that i will use my own decided paint product and i will not use stencil .
                                I told at least by me a stencil i will take care of the rest.Then also despite of he didn't listen and had not used standard materials and told that i'm not going to do the remaining work.

                                And according to his work and costing, he used 5 to6 thousand rupees for work and material of 6 thousand.

                                And took 15 thousand from me left half done job. for 1RHK flat of 315 sqrft
                                In short, i am totally unsatisfied and very disapointed with asian paint services.

                                I hope you will never ruined your brand name with this issue and complain.if not taken severe action, it may lead to certain fatal decision by our side

                                  Hello! I am architect - suchana kamil. There was seepage from walls and ceiling at my mother's residence in bhopal. She bought ultima protek top coat, base coat, smart care dampproof, smart crack seal as suggested by asian paints technical advisorsent by kapoor hardware, indrapuri, bhopal. This work was done in march 2016. But when the rains started the problem remained the same. After calling the advisor he said there is leakage in the plumbing. If plumbing was the issue then we would have rectified it but why then he made us waste waste so much amount of money (Rs96, 000/-) in paints when he came for survey before the painting started.

                                    By looking at your color card for Apex Tile Guard, I bought 40 liters of MING RED color (0R07) for painting around 2000 tiles for my home. But, it was very disappointing to note that the color is totally different ( a kind of dull color) when it was applied, and that was agreed by your technicians who have visited the site. Again the result was same when the replacement (40 liters of Ming Red) was supplied by your people. It had costed us a lot in terms of man power which is more than the cost of your paint.

                                    Then our painters have mixed a couple of colors to the paint supplied by you and made it almost similar to the color in your color card, by spending lot of time. Besides the color supplied by your people, also I had to buy some color from other merchants which is not compensated to me.

                                    There was an argument / dispute yesterday with your people when they have demanded 20 liters of paint to be returned back. Though I could have easily denied it and ignore their demand, I have let them take back their product. My proposal to them was rejected. My proposal was - they don't take back 20 liters of Ming Red (0R07) and I don't claim anything more in the name of cost of color or cost of extra man power.

                                    We did not re-paint the whole tiles to avoid further cost, and left more than 40% of tiles as it is still in the old dirty color.

                                    It is really bad...for you...and for your stakeholders... A photo of your color (light red) and the one we made (dark color) is enclosed here.

                                      We did Asian paints contract direct from the company in month of March 2016. We had requested for the seepage solution for 1 room and the drawing room too. The charges were quoted for the solution. The work for 4 rooms and drawing cum dinning room was completed within 15 working days, which was surprising and delighting too. Within 3 months ie in June that layers of paint started coming out along with paint also started coming out while we touch the wall. The major concern in in drawing room and the room on ground floor. We also noticed from these gaps that the our earlier paint is also not removed and there was no lapi layer below the new paid. We requested the dealer and the Asian paints customer care about the concern. After round of follow-ups with local dealer they visited our house twice (in Sep 16 and recently in Dec 16) with assurance of coming back with the solution. But till date we have neither received any solution nor any revert from the teams. We are very much dis-appointed and upset with such a poor response from a company rated Crisil AAA. We request immediate action with solution to close this long pending issue as the walls are looking ugly.

                                        I got the home painted from asian paints ezycolour home solutions. The service is pathetic. No supervision, no quality check... Work is not finished and no one bothered to complete it. It's been more than 2 weeks that they have finished work from their side but still incomplete.

                                        I raised a complaint on 9th nov. The complaint number was issued after a reminder on 17th nov. Till date no one has contacted to understand the issue. I don't know by when the resolution will come.
