We have painted our house with asian royal shine paint .but Your colour quality is so poor that ant eat it .ANT COMPLETELY damage my wall paint .why you are not providing any repellant with your paint .I am not expecting this type of paint from such a big brand .

On 25.10.20 I received Asian paint's safe painting Apex Ultima Protek for extirior and Royale-aspira for Interior service quotation for Rs.88232.00 as per terms and conditions of Asian paint and painting work till 30.01.2021 Rented Rs. 22058.00 in four installments and Rs. 71360.00 was paid to the Asian Paint, While the quality of the work done by Asian Paint was very low, contrary to the claims of Asian Paint, the painting work was done by Asian Paint in a very dirty manner, which was complained during the work and after the work was over Was also done by me to the officials of Asian Paint which can be verified from the call record which is available with Asian Paint.
Company in lieu of the additional work done, But as it was committed by Asian Paint before giving the quotation that within one month of the completion of the work, I will be issued a warranty card for the work done, but despite almost 15 months being bit, till now the Asian Paint not given to me by, As before giving the quotation, it was committed by Asian Paint that within one month of the completion of the work, warranty card will be issued to me for the work done, But even after almost 15 months, it has not been given to me by Asian Paint yet.I was given false assurance by Asian Paint and despite many excuses, I have not yet been given warranty card, mainly Asian Paint's official Gaurav Kumar mobile no. [protected], [protected], krishna kumar mobile no. [protected], kuldeep kumar mobile no. [protected], and the customer care of Asian Paint fooled me by all these, yet the warranty card has not been given to me and in the end Gaurav Kumar has even said that you have to do it, but you will not get the warranty, And started quoting the rules and regulations indiscriminately whereas before giving the quotation, the people of Asian Paint had promised me that you will get the warranty card within one month of completion of the work, Meanwhile, I had also complained to Gaurav Kumar about paint damage, but no action has been taken so far. I should be given a warranty card for the work done by Asian Paint Company without any delay and it should also be kept in mind that due to all these acts of Asian Paint and its officials, I am also facing mental harassment.

I have purchased from one uneducated dealer from RK Colour Hub Malkipuram.Purchased Asian paints Apex dustproof paints with 5 Years Performance warranty by dealer now distributer trying to escape telling silly resons which is completely unacceptable and unethical practices by Asian Paints.

There was an error in redeeming this money right now. This error always show me and i am unable toh withdraw my amount.my mobile number is [protected]

We purchased asian paints in Dec 2022 and right after painting the walls seems to have white spots all over.
This was notified to asian paints executive Saurabh [protected] and he mentioned we get refund/resolved asap. Today it's 8th March and he doesn't answer calls and asian paints customer complaint (number [protected]) helpline is also of no use.

Can someone act on this?

I had done painting work in August 2022 but within 6 months paint has developed cracks on the walls. Had shown it to the supervisor appointed at the time of service. He and the engineer came from Ascian paints agreed that the cracks are developed because of paint and workers poor quality service.

I have contacted asian paint in 2020 June and done damp proo[censored]ltra 10 years warranty. In 2 months rain start and water coming from ceiling. I send video to agent immediately. He told me to wait till monsoon complete.

Till Septemeber 2020 to today 21.02.2023 I have called and emails many time but none one resolved the issue. They have inspected my home many times and said once material available we will do. Now more than 8 months Asian paint like company dont have material in stock.

Hi Sir/Mam,

I have ordered for the royal paint of your asian company and material is of very poor quality and have coverage of only 1 room in 1 20 litre bucket. As per painter, paint is mixed with tracker emulsion and even after 4 coat in single room, primer marks on wall is still visible.

Remaining paint is with the shopkeeper and shopkeeper is saying that asian technical person will visit the site, but no one did in last 1 month.

Request to please resolve my issue since the painters are also declining to coming to site since work stopped due to paint.
