I have taken Asian paints on 12 Oct 2022 distributer has committed paints will not lost before three and five years this products is under 3-5 years warranty given by Asian paints company but still few days is left paints has lost on wall .

      I had painted my house and did water proofing of my roof some 18 months ago. This was done by M/ s Express painters Ernakulam, Kochi (Mr Siju, )
      by using the products of Asian Paints . The main aim of doing the water proofing was to prevent seepage of water on the ceiling . However off late the seepage has again started . When this was done they had assured me that there will be absolutely no problem and gave a guarantee of 10 years which the company claims. They have given a guarantee letter with respect to each paint/ emulsion used for varying periods.

      I had lot of expectations regarding the quality of Asian Paints . However Iam disappointed regarding the same. A complaint was lodged with local office (Complaint no [protected])
      This was assigned to Mr Sudhish Pai who inspected the site and latter informed that he cannot do anything about it. I feel that having explained to him and shown all documents, instead of dealing the issue in a professional way he was quite helpless in addressing the issue in a desired manner.

      I can only assume that whatever the Company claims via various media etc is not true at ground level .

      Before going further on the subject I request your esteemed company to redress my grievance to a logical conclusion.

      The complaint was sent to customer care on 18.10.22 and I followed up with them with 4 reminders . However I get a stock reply that the complaint is forwarded to the concerned dept: . It is really disgusting that the company pays scant respect to customer complaints . Hope you will do the needful

        I have raised complaint on 19th September 2022 on consumer care after a waiting of more than one month. Still not any response get by company. All agents talk only and tell that we are concern to u. But they not come to the point where the customer suffer. All of Asian Paints agents are fraud and not listen what the customer problem has faced and going through.
        Agents has only concern for their rating
        and starts not go down in the company sothat they not get demotion.

        Very bad experience with Asian Paints, I tell here all n my related person, don't use Asian Paints. It's service is very very poor and they don't listen to customer after their sale of products. Only they have good brand name and big adds but product and service very cheap.

            On October 25, 2022 a discussion was done with Mayank and Ifatekhar as a representative of Asian Paints regarding painting and waterproofing to fix leakage at our private property.
            Lower rates were discussed during the initial conversation, however 3 days into the work the rates were increased by the contractor.
            During this process there was no written statement recorded. The contractor refused to respect the initially recorded rates and ceased work at the site, leaving all the walls chiselled and damaged. There were heated arguments about the same where the contractor fired multiple disrespectful remarks to all people from the family.
            Later, a bill for Rupees 250000 was sent to our contact mentioning the contractor had marked the work done and painting has been completed.
            He called and told us to respond, yes, to the feedback message that mentioned that our experience with Asian Paints had been good and the painting work was completed.
            This was an attempt to fraud, as he assumed that we would not read the message and simply answer yes.
            We recorded the call where he accepts that he told us to mark yes. We have the feedback message as a proof where we have marked no to the bill receipt.
            We have pictures from the site where, the walls are left chiseled and damaged. The voice recording, pictures and bill message are all dated for[protected]. There is no mismatch in timelines and this is all the proof that we have. We had a really bad experience, we would have been compelled to pay 250000 for a work which was not done, if we would have clicked yes on the receipt, an attempt to fraud was made. We also lost the fine plastered walls and our home is in shatters.

              My name is Jinesh Rambhia. I had opted for home interior painting work from asian paints in March 2022 at new link rd, Laljipada, kandivali west, mumbai - 67. It's only 6-7 months & paints from many walls is damage. I opted asian paints as many of my friends & relatives suggested that asian paints is best in home interior painting. But i didn't knew that your work is so bad.

              Please help me with any solution for repainting the damage walls again. I am seriously disappointed with your work. I had made complaints several times but still I have not got any meaningful revert from your side.

              Waiting for prompt reply from you. I had done this work through one of your representative urvesh gohil. His contact number is [protected]. He always ignore my calls. For payment he use to call many times but for solving complaints he never pick calls.

              I at all i will not get help from Asian paints I will put all these on social media..

                I got a quotation to get my house painted by Asian paints. The work was supposed to get completed within 3-5 days but stretched for more than 7 days. I had to kick the labors out of my house as the work was showing little progress, rather it was my house which was getting damaged.
                The windows were supposed to be painted and the workers painted enamel+emulsion+enamel on the windows, damaged the windows and the window frame. When asked about the same, the workers seemed clueless why they did that. its costing me ~2 lakhs to replace the whole structure.
                My whole house was in a mess and it was me who did all the moving around of the stuff.
                The workers were absolutely useless, did not cover the stuff properly, did not clean the marks and above all had little to none instructions from the company.

                I paid 16000 and have no invoice for it yet. I clearly demand a compensation for the damage to my property which is amounting close to 2 lakhs. This type of mental harassment is not expected from Asian paints

                  Cracks appeared 2 months after I used your painting services and I have been following up with them since then... now 9 months after that and your technician visiting 3 months back, there has been absolutely no effort to solve my problem.

                  Never expected Asian paints to be so unprofessional.

                  Have been following up with them again since September and they just keep replying with "We understand and we will resolve this", but there is no resolution.

                  One technician who called actually went ahead to say that "If cracks appear after painting that is not our problem. We don't fix that"

                  Have lost all home and utterly disappointed with the way they are treating customers.

                      Opted for Asian Paints Safe Painting Service at Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, made an agreement with Asian Paints Team with Dealer mentioning scope of work, scope of supply, payment term, timeline and all in detail. Payment has been done as per the term but the Asian Paints team is delaying the project. The work is stopped since long, failing to re-start the job repeatedly without stating any specific reason (75% payment has already been made).

                      Eventually, some of the products they applied are not as per the agreed specification, applied sub-standard quality, like they applied Trucare product where agreement was with Smartcare Advance. They are exchanging the paint buckets, bringing empty buckets of agreed product and applying sub-standard product but stating they applied agreed product. Such evidence has been captured. In some of the cases, procedure is not followed as agreed earlier, skipping intermediate layers, and reluctant to accept the truth.

                      I'm following it up since June, 2022. Requesting AP's attention to resolve asap.

                      The perception I had about the service of Asian Paints as "Truly Customer Focused, Ethical, Innovative, House of Professionals" is fainted somehow.

                      For the security of AP associates, not sharing the agreement copy or any photos or clips. will be provided if it's required by AP.

                        Hi Sir,
                        This is 2nd complaint (1st complaint no 9080 dt 24th Sep' 22) for same problem- water leakage continues as water proof paint done not effective.

                        Issues raised, mails & calls followed for 2 months, 1 week (Since 04th August) but problem continues.

                        Represetative coming & going back but unable to trace fault & fix the problem.

                        Response from Asian paint side is extremely slow & hardely any major action happend in last 2 months expect trying hit & trail for putting small area paint again.

                        Warranty given not being honoured, neighter refund is being initiated.

                        Request immediate attention & prompt repnse.

                            I used asian weathershield advance paint.
                            After 2 days on raining some spots of rain water in the form of raining water lines are observed. Within 15 days paint is removing at some points with fungus type spots even that part is not on exposure.

                                My name is Anal Chakrabarti dealer of Varna paints 549021 . i want to close my shop since May of this year. you will notice my account has due of 4lakhs nearly in loan due to purchase of material. deal took place between my dad and agent. now agent is saying because of goodwill he allowed dad to take 4lakhs material on loan. now question is whose goodwill, my dad is ill due to all tension created he has a pacemaker added to his chest. i am now handling the business alone and covered neck deep in loans. i was hoping goodwill bring goodluck but here agent had the only good luck i am suffering. such bad condition happen only when good will is wrongly used to benifit single party. now the limit i had to take material was 50k before when shop was running. this limit is now showing 1lakh and was updated few days before pujas that's after i have closed the shop. this limit is there for both parties so i don't get covered in loans and so that company don't risk losing material. i wanted a solution for the same situation. agents rahul and Devjeet personally promised me in june they lift up my shop till pujas October help me close my shop. after last call they said they won't help this is few days before pujas sep 28 probably.

                                now i suspect that agent has pushed material to fill his sales objective and burdened me and my dad in process cheating us and our good will trust.

                                i don't want to be a defaulter but i am unable to handle the loan.

                                please help give me a solution

                                    I recently painted my house using the Asian paints smart care painting service. After my online request Asian paints from the Nungambakkam Chennai branch contacted me for painting work. The measurements were taken by Asian paints supervisor Mr.Yuvaraj which I felt inflated and incorrect. Sri Raghavendra hardware, Padi, Chennai the contractor assigned by Asian paints started the painting work on the 22nd of September 2022. The contractor used only old stocks which are on the verge of expiry. They used only 9 liters to paint 1200 sqft area and the quality of painting shows on the walls. (Images attached). They even mixed water with hydrolic paint used for water proofing. The painters were not helpful and everything from shifting to masking was done by ourselves only. while painting they broke some valuable articles due to their negligence. They used my aluminum ladder and buckets for painting but have not cleaned them after finishing the service. The paint spillage on the floor and glasses are also left uncleaned. The supervisor Mr, Yuvaraj used to visit the site only once in two days and will turn deaf ears to my complaints. Finally When I lost my patience and verbally protest over the quality of the painting the work was hastily completed in a single day and the unused paint bucket handed over to me after collecting the charges over the MRP price. Since the painting was not done as per intial plan, I requested to re-measure the painted area and revise the quote, but Mr.Yuvaraj refused. No body from the Asian paints contacted me or inspected the site after the work was abruptly completed. The supervisor Mr.Yuvaraj has not given a bill and warranty (for water proofing) so far. I have attached images taken from the site as proof of my complaint. I hope Asian paints will act and compensate for the losses I suffered.

                                    It is pathetic that nobody from Asian paints called me so far regarding my above complaint submitted on 4th Oct 2022. I hope Asian paints will respond.
