I am contractor at Malur Kolar district and last two months done but upto this time it didn't take Paytm account and I would informed to Asian paints but they told I will do it today or tomorrow since last 2months I would suffered from these.i would crossed 11000 points but I don't get it .please solve this sir

    DONT GO FOR ASIAN PAINTS PAINTING SERVICE.We opted safe painting &v seriously regret.They gavequote 4 satin bt after coming home& finished scrubbing said will paint emulsion, said quote was done by mistake.We fought a lot but since all scrubbing were done v had to accept.i hv disabled [protected]@home.no safe painting, askedwe have saree 2 cover. Somehow v completed.But in 4 months the paint started chalking.dampness everywhere paint peeling off.in 10yrs in same home nvr faced dis.raised complain again. Don't know if they will fix. Spent 65k for 750 sq ft. For similar house and for a higher quality we paid only 30k. Waste of money and bad quality

      Since the past one year, we have noticed in our house that ants have been eating up the wall paint of every room and corridor. The entire house was painted in November, 2017 and such a terrible thing happening in just a span of 5 years is simply not acceptable, considering a highly preferred brand as Asian Paints. My request to you is to kindly help get rid of further destruction.

        I am an Asian paints dealer (S S ENTERPRISES, dealer code no. 363872). I have registered in the masterstroke app where we can redeem coupons collected on paints. I have redeemed some coupons but I am not able to add my Paytm account on that app so that I can enjoy the benefit of those rewards schemes provided by Asian paints.
        Every time when I try to add my account details on that myreward app. it shows failed to add account.
        I request you to please resolve this issue so that I can enjoy the benefits of the Asian paints loyalty program

          With very heavy heart i am writing this that the service provided by asian paint is pathetic. It was promised that paint will be done in 7 days but its over 12 days and still not finished.

            We availed painting services from Asian paints in January 2022 with 10 years of warranty for painting of my independent house in Ballia( UP) and within a year the painting is washing out (see the enclosed photos).                   Asian Paints is not very customer friendly and is very uncooperative in looking into customer problems/complaints. I am in Bhopal (MP) and had contacted Asian Paints for complete painting of my house. They gave a proposal for end to end painting work which included a Health Checkup for the premises before starting the painting work. I gave a blanket approval to their proposal. They did the work in a very shoddy manner without proper supervision and the concerned executive was absent for over 15 days out of about one month.
                  To my surprise I found that fungus had formed on some inside walls, after some rains. The most expensive paint ULTIMA had been used on the outer walls. The Asian Paints representatives informed me that they can take no responsibility for this as I had not got damp proof done on the walls. In their proposal damp proof was nowhere mentioned. They put all the blame on the customer and completely washed their hands off. To my repeated calls on their help line there was no response.
                  So I would advise customers to be very careful about giving any job to Asian Paints and try out Berger Paints, Nerolac or many others in the Market

                  Now all can see the atitude of Asian Paints towards consumer complaints. Fungus has formed due to seepage of water as they did not reccomend Damp Proof treatment. It is totally their failure in putting executives who did not carry out proper health checkup and were not technically competent to give suitable technical reccomendations. Asian Paints has totally washed off their hands to my problems and this wi;ll mean additional expenditure after getting such expensive work done by them. would not reccomend Asian Paints to anybody .

                    Subsequently nobody has got back to me. So sorry to inform, my complaint is still unresolved.

                            I had painted my house and did water proofing of my roof some 18 months ago. This was done by M/ s Express painters Ernakulam, Kochi (Mr Siju, )
                            by using the products of Asian Paints . The main aim of doing the water proofing was to prevent seepage of water on the ceiling . However off late the seepage has again started . When this was done they had assured me that there will be absolutely no problem and gave a guarantee of 10 years which the company claims. They have given a guarantee letter with respect to each paint/ emulsion used for varying periods.

                            I had lot of expectations regarding the quality of Asian Paints . However Iam disappointed regarding the same. A complaint was lodged with local office (Complaint no [protected])
                            This was assigned to Mr Sudhish Pai who inspected the site and latter informed that he cannot do anything about it. I feel that having explained to him and shown all documents, instead of dealing the issue in a professional way he was quite helpless in addressing the issue in a desired manner.

                            I can only assume that whatever the Company claims via various media etc is not true at ground level .

                            Before going further on the subject I request your esteemed company to redress my grievance to a logical conclusion.

However I get a stock reply that the complaint is forwarded to the concerned dept: . It is really disgusting that the company pays scant respect to customer complaints . Hope you will do the needful

                              I have raised complaint on 19th September 2022 on consumer care after a waiting of more than one month. Still not any response get by company. All agents talk only and tell that we are concern to u. But they not come to the point where the customer suffer. All of Asian Paints agents are fraud and not listen what the customer problem has faced and going through.
                              Agents has only concern for their rating
                              and starts not go down in the company sothat they not get demotion.

                              Very bad experience with Asian Paints, I tell here all n my related person, don't use Asian Paints. It's service is very very poor and they don't listen to customer after their sale of products. Only they have good brand name and big adds but product and service very cheap.

                                  On October 25, 2022 a discussion was done with Mayank and Ifatekhar as a representative of Asian Paints regarding painting and waterproofing to fix leakage at our private property.
                                  Lower rates were discussed during the initial conversation, however 3 days into the work the rates were increased by the contractor.
                                  During this process there was no written statement recorded. The contractor refused to respect the initially recorded rates and ceased work at the site, leaving all the walls chiselled and damaged. There were heated arguments about the same where the contractor fired multiple disrespectful remarks to all people from the family.
                                  Later, a bill for Rupees 250000 was sent to our contact mentioning the contractor had marked the work done and painting has been completed.
                                  He called and told us to respond, yes, to the feedback message that mentioned that our experience with Asian Paints had been good and the painting work was completed.
                                  This was an attempt to fraud, as he assumed that we would not read the message and simply answer yes.
                                  We recorded the call where he accepts that he told us to mark yes. We have the feedback message as a proof where we have marked no to the bill receipt.
                                  We have pictures from the site where, the walls are left chiseled and damaged. The voice recording, pictures and bill message are all dated for[protected]. There is no mismatch in timelines and this is all the proof that we have. We had a really bad experience, we would have been compelled to pay 250000 for a work which was not done, if we would have clicked yes on the receipt, an attempt to fraud was made. We also lost the fine plastered walls and our home is in shatters.

                                    My name is Jinesh Rambhia. I had opted for home interior painting work from asian paints in March 2022 at new link rd, Laljipada, kandivali west, mumbai - 67. It's only 6-7 months & paints from many walls is damage. I opted asian paints as many of my friends & relatives suggested that asian paints is best in home interior painting. But i didn't knew that your work is so bad.

                                    Please help me with any solution for repainting the damage walls again. I am seriously disappointed with your work. I had made complaints several times but still I have not got any meaningful revert from your side.

                                    Waiting for prompt reply from you. I had done this work through one of your representative urvesh gohil. His contact number is [protected]. He always ignore my calls. For payment he use to call many times but for solving complaints he never pick calls.

                                    I at all i will not get help from Asian paints I will put all these on social media..

                                      I got a quotation to get my house painted by Asian paints. The work was supposed to get completed within 3-5 days but stretched for more than 7 days. I had to kick the labors out of my house as the work was showing little progress, rather it was my house which was getting damaged.
                                      The windows were supposed to be painted and the workers painted enamel+emulsion+enamel on the windows, damaged the windows and the window frame. When asked about the same, the workers seemed clueless why they did that. its costing me ~2 lakhs to replace the whole structure.
                                      My whole house was in a mess and it was me who did all the moving around of the stuff.
                                      The workers were absolutely useless, did not cover the stuff properly, did not clean the marks and above all had little to none instructions from the company.

                                      I paid 16000 and have no invoice for it yet. I clearly demand a compensation for the damage to my property which is amounting close to 2 lakhs. This type of mental harassment is not expected from Asian paints

                                        Cracks appeared 2 months after I used your painting services and I have been following up with them since then... now 9 months after that and your technician visiting 3 months back, there has been absolutely no effort to solve my problem.

                                        Never expected Asian paints to be so unprofessional.

                                        Have been following up with them again since September and they just keep replying with "We understand and we will resolve this", but there is no resolution.

                                        One technician who called actually went ahead to say that "If cracks appear after painting that is not our problem. We don't fix that"

                                        Have lost all home and utterly disappointed with the way they are treating customers.
