Cracks appeared 2 months after I used your painting services and I have been following up with them since then... now 9 months after that and your technician visiting 3 months back, there has been absolutely no effort to solve my problem.

Never expected Asian paints to be so unprofessional.

Have been following up with them again since September and they just keep replying with "We understand and we will resolve this", but there is no resolution.

One technician who called actually went ahead to say that "If cracks appear after painting that is not our problem. We don't fix that"

Have lost all home and utterly disappointed with the way they are treating customers.

      Opted for Asian Paints Safe Painting Service at Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, made an agreement with Asian Paints Team with Dealer mentioning scope of work, scope of supply, payment term, timeline and all in detail. Payment has been done as per the term but the Asian Paints team is delaying the project. The work is stopped since long, failing to re-start the job repeatedly without stating any specific reason (75% payment has already been made).

      Eventually, some of the products they applied are not as per the agreed specification, applied sub-standard quality, like they applied Trucare product where agreement was with Smartcare Advance. They are exchanging the paint buckets, bringing empty buckets of agreed product and applying sub-standard product but stating they applied agreed product. Such evidence has been captured. In some of the cases, procedure is not followed as agreed earlier, skipping intermediate layers, and reluctant to accept the truth.

      I'm following it up since June, 2022. Requesting AP's attention to resolve asap.

      The perception I had about the service of Asian Paints as "Truly Customer Focused, Ethical, Innovative, House of Professionals" is fainted somehow.

      For the security of AP associates, not sharing the agreement copy or any photos or clips. will be provided if it's required by AP.

        Hi Sir,
        This is 2nd complaint (1st complaint no 9080 dt 24th Sep' 22) for same problem- water leakage continues as water proof paint done not effective.

        Issues raised, mails & calls followed for 2 months, 1 week (Since 04th August) but problem continues.

        Represetative coming & going back but unable to trace fault & fix the problem.

        Response from Asian paint side is extremely slow & hardely any major action happend in last 2 months expect trying hit & trail for putting small area paint again.

        Warranty given not being honoured, neighter refund is being initiated.

        Request immediate attention & prompt repnse.

            I used asian weathershield advance paint.
            After 2 days on raining some spots of rain water in the form of raining water lines are observed. Within 15 days paint is removing at some points with fungus type spots even that part is not on exposure.

                My name is Anal Chakrabarti dealer of Varna paints 549021 . i want to close my shop since May of this year. you will notice my account has due of 4lakhs nearly in loan due to purchase of material. deal took place between my dad and agent. now agent is saying because of goodwill he allowed dad to take 4lakhs material on loan. now question is whose goodwill, my dad is ill due to all tension created he has a pacemaker added to his chest. i am now handling the business alone and covered neck deep in loans. i was hoping goodwill bring goodluck but here agent had the only good luck i am suffering. such bad condition happen only when good will is wrongly used to benifit single party. now the limit i had to take material was 50k before when shop was running. this limit is now showing 1lakh and was updated few days before pujas that's after i have closed the shop. this limit is there for both parties so i don't get covered in loans and so that company don't risk losing material. i wanted a solution for the same situation. agents rahul and Devjeet personally promised me in june they lift up my shop till pujas October help me close my shop. after last call they said they won't help this is few days before pujas sep 28 probably.

                now i suspect that agent has pushed material to fill his sales objective and burdened me and my dad in process cheating us and our good will trust.

                i don't want to be a defaulter but i am unable to handle the loan.

                please help give me a solution

                    Sir/Madam
                    I recently painted my house using the Asian paints smart care painting service. After my online request Asian paints from the Nungambakkam Chennai branch contacted me for painting work. The measurements were taken by Asian paints supervisor Mr.Yuvaraj which I felt inflated and incorrect. Sri Raghavendra hardware, Padi, Chennai the contractor assigned by Asian paints started the painting work on the 22nd of September 2022. The contractor used only old stocks which are on the verge of expiry. They used only 9 liters to paint 1200 sqft area and the quality of painting shows on the walls. (Images attached). They even mixed water with hydrolic paint used for water proofing. The painters were not helpful and everything from shifting to masking was done by ourselves only. while painting they broke some valuable articles due to their negligence. They used my aluminum ladder and buckets for painting but have not cleaned them after finishing the service. The paint spillage on the floor and glasses are also left uncleaned. The supervisor Mr, Yuvaraj used to visit the site only once in two days and will turn deaf ears to my complaints. Finally When I lost my patience and verbally protest over the quality of the painting the work was hastily completed in a single day and the unused paint bucket handed over to me after collecting the charges over the MRP price. Since the painting was not done as per intial plan, I requested to re-measure the painted area and revise the quote, but Mr.Yuvaraj refused. No body from the Asian paints contacted me or inspected the site after the work was abruptly completed. The supervisor Mr.Yuvaraj has not given a bill and warranty (for water proofing) so far. I have attached images taken from the site as proof of my complaint. I hope Asian paints will act and compensate for the losses I suffered.

                        First we approach asian paint to paint our home and employe of yours came and measure our home and gave us a estimate but after doing paint in three rooms your employee telling us that he wants to take measurements again third time and then he is asking us 34000 which is more than estimate and this inappropriate that you are asking more money after our estimate is fixed and now is situation is that in our home everything is scattered around in our home they are telling us that he will ask his superior but there in no response in 4 days .please look into this problem

                          i Have painted my house last year in this period only after 2months the walls got mousiter i had raised complaint on call as well on email. the persona who had visited our house from qutation and to check the walls that time it self we had told him our walls are getting mousiter due weather(flat is in groudfloor) he said will some oil paint before starting painting to full house and give 5years warrenty for painting.while painting itself we come know he is not doing any properly work so we kept his 10k pending with us our flat qutation was 74, 000 but after 2months when i raised issue the main dealer -Shreeram paints & hardware(Akash Rathod) and the qutation who give us is Satish Pokharkar and his brother sachin Pokharkar all are fake people they dont do what they comet. visited our house he checked everything and his response was very rude he said they will not do repair or re-paint because i kept his 10k on hold.i received response from asin paint respresentive they will look at the issue.
                          one of the excutive is handling this issue since last month Mr Rushikesh he sent again the dealer to our house again procuder repeated no action from there end i am chaseing him dayily on whatsapp he will not responsed even on calls after 2 or 3 calls then he will pick just say we are working on it i will get back to you till tomr evening. no improvement since last year so i request you please refund our money no use og chaseing you ppl on regular basis .thanks

                              We are doing building contracting in Trichy small scale business (giving business around 50K weekly) and buying regularly with Asian Paints with NO COMPRAMISE on quality. We used all the asian product purchase from KURINJI TRADERS, K K Nagar, Trichy 620021.

                              We are bit disappointed with service provided by your dealer. Reason for this compliant is - After repeated follow ups, we are not able to get the shade cards (1500 colors) which will boost our business and client to select the paints at door step instead of standing and selecting from Shop.

                              Request you to take this complaint seriously and arrange the shade cards booklet with in 48 hours

                                  Complaint : Water Proof paint not effective, problem persist even after paint coat. INR 45, 000 spent for wtarer proof paint where-in company claimed that their Dam Proof product will arrest the issue but when problem remain same & water leakage again started after season first rain itself Asian paint is bringing new dimention to the problem that leakage is not from arae being painted but from neighbour's house joint wall.

                                  Concerns : Consistanatly following up with Asian paint since 4th August but very late / slow & irrelevant responses from company side. Water proof expert even donot visited the side & declare problem cannot be solved in 2 minutes video call by Asian paint first complaint representative.

                                  Lekage is not from new but same point where it was before paint.

                                  Befor paint representative claimed that lekage will arrest the issue but afater complaint bringing no liability to Asian paint & want to shake their hands from any liability.

                                  Hi Sir,
                                  It's been 2 months & 1 week now since when I am following up for unsatisfatory work & warranty not being honoured for Dam proof roof paint task completed on 4th August for value INR RS 45, 000.

                                  There being anormous mails, endless calls, 2-3 visit by asian paint representative, tried correction by hit & trail method but eventually problem remain same. As usual response from Asian paint side is dam slow in my case, representative responding back once in 15 days to try next action/ updates.

                                  I request immediatey refund of total value paid as work done worth nothing to problem & water leaking problem persist as is is after the paint as it was before the paint.

                                  All background & detatils ae there in earlier mail trail & time to time updated to all asian paint representatives - Mr. Sathish (Service Technologist) and Mr. Parthiban (Technical Associate).
