My home is painted with apex ultima in july 2022 but in september it is peeling off...plz provide me a solution for this bcoz i hv put lot of my money in this...plz help me.

Unskilled workers and irresponsible management.

Bad experience.

The product which the dealer provided us with is completely expired and it has not done any coverage or the texture we demanded for ... Plus the dealer took extra charges from us...please look after the problem as soon as possible

Did roof painting through asian paints local agent Ganesh mobile no.[protected]. payment also made promptly after signing contract. painting is also done. but this local agent Ganesh still not providing the 8 years warranty promised by the company.It is a month now.

All the walls are distroyed. Because of your my move in date is changes for the house. Till now I paid 120K for a 3BHK flat. Stencil work in 2 walls not done properly and the taping work seems to be done by a kid.

I have scanned many tokens on Asian paint masterstrokes app. But currently I can't redeem these token balance to my Paytm account please resolve my problem as soon as possible...

We have taken following service from asian for Newly Home

 Interior and Exterior Paint.
 Wall Paper Total 6 Wall
 Curtain

Compalint:

 Interior and Exterior Paint – Prodcut Interior paint (Royal Shine), Exterior (Ultima) – Paint Peel off so many places within 6 Months, blackish on surfaces
 Wall Paper - Wall Paper peel off from wall, gap observed between joints.
 Curtain - Curtain back side wire damged and round ring damaged.

We have raised complaint on 08.07.2022, complaint no is – 00006433 after that we have callled to your customer care so many times, but still no single action from your side.

How much time require to acknoweldge the complaints, as per my opinion you and your team making a fool to customer.

Is your customer care not accelerate the problem??

Kindly revert to us, or we will go legally??

Sir I am facing a problem to redeem money showing error everytime last 3 months my contact number-[protected]

Earlier i had got work done by very professional and expert team at my premises.

But i was always interested in getting work done by asan paints with 60% share of the market.

This is with extream regret and anger told to you that even after more than one week

i am at square one and humbly and firmly ask you to kindly

change your entire team of field workers which is nothing but

bunch of ### and scammers to mislead and upset the CUSTOMERs

and after taking advance payment send unprofessional workers who again

put CUSTOMERs in misery and uncertainty.

They cme waving hands and ask for material from us and have no covering sheets asking

for newspapers and totally ruined my wooden flooring while chipping wall,

that too half done and ran away after doing harwork of 3 hours and leaving us with nothing

but astonishment of professionalism.

I am GENUINEly asking you to kindly give my advance back

and allow me to throw your material out of my premises.

I have never been harassed and put to ransom in my life.

I made an enquiry for safe painting services for exterior repainting of our house in Veppampattu, Tiruvallur, Tamilnadu. I was contacted by asian paints sales representative Mr. Vikram. It was agreed upon to paint the exterior walls, all doors and windows. The workers were not properly supervised and they left early before completing the work since there was a disagreement between the contractor and the dealer. I have made all the payments on time but there is still few places that were blatantly ignored. The final payment was made on July 30 and I've been following up with Mr. Vikram to complete the unfinished work till this day. I am a flat owner in Amrapali Village Society, Indirapuram (Ghaziabad) for more than 8 years. I am also a member of the Amrapali Village Residents Welfare Association (AVRWA). Every flat owner including me pay common area maintenance charges to the AVRWA every month and against which various common facilitates are provided from the collection of common fund of society. There is a managing committee of AVRWA to look after the affairs of the Society.

It is submitted that a tripartite agreement was held between the then Management Committee of AVRWA, M/s Colourplus and M/s Asian Paints for painting of external façade of all towers of the Society in September-October 2019. As per the agreement, time completion for work is mentioned as 6 months from start of the work and there is a Warranty clause wherein it has been mentioned that the vendor will maintain the painting if any defect is happened for 8 years.

It is submitted that the painting work of all towers of society which was started in September 2019 has not completed so far whereas AVRWA management committee has disbursed more than 95% payment to the vendor for painting work. Further, painting of some of the towers has got deteriorated and there have been many spots raised after painting. It appears that either the paintings are not done properly by the vendor or the quality of the paint used was not good. So far as the quality of paints, M/s Asian Paints claims that their paint is of supreme quality and it cannot vanish or deteriorate easily. Based on the claim, it can be assumed that the vendor has not used good quality paint of Asian Paints whereas it has been mentioned in the agreement that vendor will use a specific brand of Asian Paints for painting of all towers.

As such, there is a need to verify the fact as to whether the specific brand of paint has been used for painting of all towers by the vendor. Further, re-painting of all those towers wherein painting has got deteriorated, by good quality paint under the supervision of Asian Paints company and AVRWA may be ensured as per the warranty clause of the agreement. Also, penalty should be levied against the vendor for non completion of work within time as per the existing penalty clause in the Agreement and no payment may be done till completion of all the painting related works in Society.

I had used Asian paints waterproof wall putty and exterior/interior paints in my newly made house. But within 6 months of applying the putty on the walls, the putty has been damaged. My walls looks horrible now. Very disappointed. I need solution. My email is -

But quality of work is pathetic till date and executive always said we will look or it's not cover in agreement. It can't be change it look same only
Give me a reason why i have paid high to Asian paint when I saw a normal job of work and their is nothing specialization seen at all. Much better than work i can do from local vendor who have much experience.
Neither paint quality is good not team is upto the mark. They just through my money in pot only.
Really pathetic experience. Don't know anyone here to listen actually and intervene or feel cheat.
