[Resolved] Asian Paints — Bubbling of asian paints royale luxury emulsion

Gave contract to a contractor for repainting of flat with asian paint royale luxury emulsion. After appling two coats the wall surface was bubbly and gave a wall a rough and grainy look. The earlier paint was also the same as above and it had a smooth soft and shiny look.
