Dear Sir/Madam: I had complained about this to asian paints on Feb 12th. Their customer service person came to my house clicked pictures and since then there has been no action. Continued email follow-up and complaint on Facebook did not yield any result. Complaint ticket number provided by asian paints is ticket is [protected]. Hope to see a resolution in my lifetime.
