Hello,

On behalf of Bajaj Builtech Pvt ltd team, I would like to inform you that I am one of your regular customers but this time your company showed me a very high level o[censored]nprofessionalism as I tried calling so many times but there was no response.As a head of north India (Titu philip)he should take care of all the customer needs.It didn't happen once, I also tried calling his assistant (Anuj Sharma)he also didn't respond. I have given 1 lac rupees in advance and my work is stuck as there was no material provided to me on time. Also it was guaranteed that if the material was not delivered to me on time my money would be returned before 5th of July 2018.We have a big occasion coming up at our house but because of this delay we are in a big trouble, If this is continued I am guaranteeing you your company will have a very bad reputation.we have been with your company for almost 20 years and completely rely on your company but just because of these two employees, your company is building a very bad reputation.

I hope I will get a positive and quick response.
