[Resolved]  Asian Paints — Exfoliating walls after applying Asian paint

I'm applying Asian paint APCO Adv paint..Exfoliating paints while the paint starts dry..before applying the Asian paint i used asain distumber paint..now my walls are looking too bad..because of Apco adv paint..it exfoliate the old paint also... How to i resolve this problem...I encloused the pictures for your kind reference...please make it soon to resolve my problem as much as possible give a solution to me...
