Asian Paints — Fraud painting company

After contacting asianpaints via website to paint my flat in kolkata i got a phone call from an associate tamal sil who told be that he will assist me in painting service.He gave me a quatation of 40000/- for 1 bhk. i accepted the quatation and they started the work.Since i stay in jamshedpur i didnot visit the flat as i was confidant that asianpaints is doing the job but upon visiting i noticed that they have fooled me by not giving products they have given in quotation. after complaining and repeated emails now they r saying that asianpaints is only a service provider and dealer is responsible which they didnot mention in their website..they have not given me a proper invoice rather got a hand written money reciept.this type of companies r fooling and cheating customers by giving fake ads in website and tv commercials
