Asian Paints — Wall hung seat

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BathSense by Asian Paints. I purchased two wall-hung toilet seats expecting premium quality from a reputed brand, but the products have not met my expectations.
From the beginning, I experienced poor flushing performance and raised a complaint with the company. Although their technician visited my home and later informed me that the products were functioning "within standards, " the actual issue remains unresolved. As a customer who uses the product every day, I continue to face the same inconvenience.
What disappointed me even more was the customer service. Instead o[censored]nderstanding the practical problem and working towards a solution, the complaint was closed based on their inspection without addressing my concerns. A premium brand should prioritize customer satisfaction rather than simply stating that the product meets internal standards.
I chose BathSense because I trusted the Asian Paints brand, but unfortunately, the after-sales support did not live up to that reputation. I hope the company improves both its product performance and customer service so that future customers do not face the same experience.
I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
