Asian Paints — Home painting bill not given | |||
I had engaged Asian Paints for painting my new flat through Asian Paints Safe Painting Service, who in turn, engaged Classic Paints and Ply Emporium, the Dealer, to paint my home. The whole process has been very unprofessionally handled by the Colour Associate as well as by the Dealer. The schedule given to me went haywire. They delayed the completion by as much as 8 days. The painting itself remains a lot to be satisfied with. The doors have been painted pretty bad. To add to my woes, my flat was not sanitized and handed over to me as promised. Not to mention the non-use Covid 19 safety protocols like masks, sanitizers, etc. Furthermore, no bills have been provided to me on completion of the job till date, in spite of all payments being done 4 days back. This does not speak well of the reputation of Asian Paints. I will think thrice before engaging Asian Paints for any other painting job or even recommending someone to do so.
