Asian Paints — I'm complaining about the inconvenience caused by company due to delay in providing warranty service

We had chosen asian paints offer for painting our house in 18th October 2018. The contractor name are Shrikant Bhuwad and Tushar. We had given one year warranty. Within one year I had called the contractor because the colour stared to came out. He came to check and told us he will start in Diwali as he had some work in my area. He didn't came till now as well has he is also not receiving the call. As the pandemic started after that also we had called him there is no answer from them. Please help us out in our plight.
