Company contact: [protected]@asianpaints.com Website: https://www.asianpaints.com/online-shop.html Order placed on: 25 Apr'22 Order No.: 77602219 It has been over 20 days. The company has been not responding with an appropriate answer to any of my emails. They've been absent since the moment I made the payment. This is what they've been replying, "Hello, Thank you for writing to Asian Paints Ltd. Sorry about the unpleasant experience that you faced with our services. We have escalated your concerns to the relevant team, and we will get back to you with assistance in this regard." And then they just go silent until I send them another email. Jul 16, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved The contacted on call and have accepted my cancellation request. I got my money back. Asian Paints customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
