This is a very disturbing situation and we are really feeling bad when we decided to go for painting through asian paints services. My one wall started developing patches within 15 days post painting. I raised it to the relationship manager sri yuvraj singh. Even after so much discussions / arguments and escalating to his manager, their person didn’t come. They get the work done through local painters who are greedy and do not know their work. If i have to coordinate with local painters then why should i pay a premium amount to asian paints. Though i can see the lack of professionalism end-to-end, still i would escalate it to the highest possible level and would simply wait and watch. I had asked them to provide me the reasons why the patches occurred and what action they are going to take so that it doesn’t occurs again. But all in vain. Was this information helpful? | |||
