I am your customer for your Asian paint.
I was delighted with your product, and for my newly constructed house I was planning only for Asian Paint.
I got offers from other dealers ( Nippo ), but I stuck to Asian Paint for the Brand name and Quality.
I have painted in 2 segments.
1. Exterior.
2. Interior.
Exterior :
I bought an Asian paint Pro and contacted a local painter.
It was satisfying work, but I was still looking for an Asian paint contractor.
So for my interior painting, I chose Asian paint.
I contacted the Udupi dealer for my Interior paint and got in contact with Akshay : [protected]. He asked for me to reach out to Mokshath Anchan : [protected] as Akshay was not handling my place.
Mokshath Anchan addressed himself as "Asian paint empoyee" and came with an ID card.
Though he quoted more, I agreed believing in the product. He charged me more than a quotation stating he forgot to mention the dealer on "Royal Play.
I still agreed and never argued, as I just trusted Asian Products and their employees.
I got worked for Dam proof and interior work, where in a month, Dam proof started peeling off.
I contacted Mokshath, as in the beginning, he asked me to contact him only for any support.
He visited my site and told me in the next 2 days his painter would come and fix this issue.
It was a month. Whenever I contacted him, he used to give one or other reason.
Finally, one day, he said he left the job and asked me to contact Asian Paints Toll Free number.
I reached an Asian paint through chat support and logged complaint :[protected].
After 2-3 days, I got a call from Navraz ( [protected] ) and he addressed the complaint.
Initially, he was rude, stating that he was not able to reach me as he was trying to dial the wrong number, but I gave him both numbers correct in the chat que: [protected] and [protected].
Later, he asked me to share the photos and the bill. I shared all the details, there was an issue with the interior finishing as well, so I asked to address all the issues.
He said Damp Proof paint was used in less quantity than expected. He said he would share the feedback and would come back with a resolution.
Today I got a call for feedback on a case closure. I was just shocked that my complaint was closed without any resolution and without my acknowledgement.
I was very disappointed with the product and the service.
This is completely a fraud on the customer.
Though I charged 45k only for interior and damp proof, I got nothing.
This has to be taken seriously, as I am not sure how many other customers are affected and cheated.
I want to fix this issue as per company policy and to my satisfaction. I want to also share feedback to Mokshath, Rathnakar ( Painter) and Navraz who had incorrectly closed my issue.
