Hi, this is ganesh from salem, tamilnadu. I approached the respective sales executive regarding asian paints dealership but no proper response. So i requested directly to customer care and registered for dealership request (Customer id[protected]. Even though i didn't get any call or response from your end. Then i sent the mail to [protected]@asianpaints.com. How long can i wait for the response? Please respond for this complaint.

Updated by ShreeAandavar Dear Asian Paints, I raised the complaint on 26th Sep'17 regarding ASIAN PAINTS DEALERSHIP for SHREE AANDAVAR TRADERS, JARI KONDALAMPATTY, SALEM - 636 010.
After registered the complaint, one of the asian paints representative visited our shop and promised that will confirm the dealership very soon and requested us to wait some time. But still there is no update with them and not responding well. As of now, we are dealing other competitor paints which moving well. Eventhough we believe the quality and reputation of ASIAN PAINTS. So we are very enthusiastic to get dealership of ASIAN PAINTS. Please resolve the issue soon.
