Hi, We recently got our new house painted with royale paints and infact 4 coats on each wall. However, within 4 months it started showing black patches on the wall. We called the labors and they confirmed that the paint was defective. It cost us so much money and the shopkeeper is refusing to give us new paint. Can someone from you office help or look into this issue? This is pure fraud and cheating. We have put a lot of your savings and you are tricking us and stealing our money. I painted my new house with ultima on jan 2019 after six months paint started peeling i complained about it a representative came and gave irresponsible answers and don't even inspect the area properly and went and closed my complaints my complaint no is [protected]

Apex floor directly used on my room.color code is L132 but color is no coloring on my floor just plain shine no color.3 code color used but no effect on my room.floor guard is very low .please help me.i am already color is purchase on shope .shop Malik is no refund this color.
