[Resolved] Asian Paints — Shade variation, Awful behavior of the dealer and Asian Paints Customer service. | |
I have purchased a 10 L pack of Apcolite Premium Emulsion and two steiner ( 2L - Daybreak 0942 & 8L - Rose petal, 0R08) from a local asian paints dealer. When my painter mixed 2L Daybreak 0942 its shade was completely different. When i raised this issue with the dealer he blamed the asian machine and mixed some Steiner by himself to the color which made it way darker than it actually was. Thought it was only 2L I hade just let it go and used that darker color which caused a major variation in my rooms two walls. Again, same problem occurred when painter mixed 8L Rose petals 0R08 in remaining 8L of base colorant. Again when I went to dealer he mixed some Steiner by himself and the color became soo dark that and pinkish. When I asked the dealer to replace or reimburse me he used awful language and denied to replace the product. After all this have complained to Asian paints customer care and the Asian Paints associate was of no use. He asked me to again go to the dealer and ask him to lighten the color and hung up on me.
