[Resolved] Asian Paints — tired of following up with asian paint | |||
After repeated follow up with Asian Paints regarding the poor quality of color work undertaken ... i had complaint in June 2018. after which I received a call promising immediate sorting of my issues. The team did visit my home in June and I requested them to take action. I also mentioned that I am happy to pay to sort out poor quality color undertaken. The company representative was also present. However after that visit ...nothing has happened. Is the company really working on solving clients problem through customer care. It does not seem so. Was this information helpful? | |||
