[Resolved] Asian Paints — unresponsive to customers and very poor service | |
I had got my house painted in nov-2017, within a months time the paint had come off (Assuming because of the moisture in the paint) and was immediately brought to the contractor's notice. They asked to send pictures of the wall after doing so we were told that this is because the external staircase of the building is being washed which is a very bad excuse in the first place because the earlier paint lasted and was perfect for 5 years, maybe it is the product of this company which is of such bad quality that this has happened. We have been following-up with the company ever since, calling on multiple numbers and always being told that we shall receive a call from the complaints team and till date there has not been a single call back from anyone. After seeing similar complaints in great numbers has confirmed that this company only loots people until they receive the money and is such a fake and worthless brand. Horrible! If anyone here can assist me to take this complain further and escalate to the appropriate person then it would be of great help.
