[Resolved]  Asianet Broadband — Online payment failed, but no money refund

Hi, I made a payment of 250 each twice on[protected], as part of bill payment via SBT internet banking. The payment failed twice as per the asianet website, however money was deducted from the account both times. Till now, i din't receive any refund for this amount (Rs 500). Could you please look into this issue.. The two transaction ids are[protected]IG0BDMQZP4 and[protected]IG0BDMQUT8

Dear Asianet Customer Care, The money got refunded into my account on 20-dec-2015. Thank you. Please correct the issue in your online banking system. It seems, almost every month we have to raise requests for the refunds on account of failed transactions.
Asianet Satellite Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
