Sir,

I had registered a complaint in asianet sattellite communications on 1st october 2019, in connection with the problem of asianet set top box ie box was complaint and no picture shown. So i registered the complaint. At that time they give a token no. Ad0079373. On 4th october 2019 a service technician came to my home and told me the box was complaint and we will give you another box at that day and taken the complaint box. But we didn't get any new box. Today is 7th october 2019 till now they didn't called me or installed new box. Please take any necessary action about my complaint

    These guys cheated me... I opted for asianet cable for hd since my association with asianet for last 10 years was good... I went to office for a hd box and within 10 mins a guy came to my home with a hd setup box and done the fitting... Two weeks passed, i didnt get any hd channels.. My advise to others not to opt for asianet cable vision for hd.. My consumer number : ae91001634..

      From 1/10/2019 no flowers channel visibility informed customer care @9/30, 13/on 1st, evening on2/10, morning on3/10 none attended. Today thrice called [protected][ to my other mobile] and asked to keep tv on for long durations without closure advice obstructing other channels watching. Swtill not restore4d or none came and attended after taking subscription of rs 5000/- on 23 02/2019 none aske4d for and on even asking to provide keepig advance is deplorable and shame full to asianet and customer services pl ensure immediate restoration and compensate difficiency in servicing keepin advance collection.         From 1st oct not getting fowers channel picture in my tv[digital] and i contacted asianet customer care [protected] at about 09/30 and talked to lady carer who collecte3d deconsumer codetails he92007855 set t0p box no:- nsc n[protected], rs 5000 advance subscrtion paid for on23/02/;2019 asked to provide. After verifying assured immediate restoration. Nothing seen done again contacted same number, repeated the whole procedure and that carer assured immediate restoration sending techenition. Nothing happened. Next came oct2nd.in the evening again called and asked to ensure restoration duly notifying higher ups if necessary. Nothing happened. Today thrice at long long intervals calles to my wife"s mobile came[[protected]]enquiring state and asking to keep tvon. Btill now none came or restored the beauty is in my adjoining apartment all channels are getting on all these time. So i vehementally demand a clean ande clear service duly taking up those plays mischief.

          But not cleared till now...
          Other subscibers also calling too much
          Yesterday but no taken phone in office...
          Oneday late you will disconnect the connection...
          So why... Compliant registered not response

          Asianet digital is mistreating their customers by charging for the replacement settop box even after the annual maintenence charges for the settop box being paid.
          In particular my case even when the charges for the annual maintenece for the settop box being paid for the amount of 425 on 25th may 2019, they charged me for the replacement box on 20th august 2019 for a faulty box without informing me and debited the amount from my account.
          After calling the customer care several time and visiting their office they were not agreeing to the charges on my account and asked me to pay monthly subscription and was not open to the fact that the charged me an amount for the replacement of the box.
          They are cheating customers in the name of annual maintenece charges and witout communicating to customer about the charges of the replacement settop box.

            I am charged with a higher bill amount. They automatically upgraded my plan and. When i asked to retain old plan they have done it after multiple requests. When the bill was issued they charged half days for upgraded plan (Which was upgraded without my knowledge) and half for old plan. So the bill is on higher side than usual.                 Hi team,

                Please disconnect the asianet broadband connection tv169169. I had already informed that we are shifted from there by last month itself to usa and told about the need of disconnection but they haven’t done it yet and i got new month bill as well. I won’t pay 2 months bill. I can only pay the first month bill. So please do the needful.

                About the serial kasthooriman in malayalam in which the rules of surrogacy bill are wrongly presented, which is misleading the common people . unless the content is modified, will go forward with legal petition to BCCI

                  I am facing continuous disconnection with asianet broadband my subscriber code : hp7073 plan rs 750+ unlimited 400 gb i am facing continuous disconnection till the time i take the connection! The technical came to my home and said it don't have any problem but still am facing it its been 5 months still not solved if they dont solve the issue i am looking forward to another service provider who gives better connection. It will disconnect 5-10 time in an hour. Firstly i had rs 499 plan they disconnection is occurring due to this low plan so i upgraded it now they are telling me to upgrade my modem it will cost me about rs 1500. Worst connection in the market. As a paying customer i need a sable connection that satisfy me! I am not satisfied with their service. On my plan the tell me to test the speed and that time i got 20 mbps they say speed is very good in the plan that youre taken (I tell them i am having continuous disconnection they tell me to check the speed. I didn't tell them am facing speed issue)

                    I have repeatedly raised this complaint to your customer care number that I cannot access my internet as well as cable tv when the power is gone. You are not taking any care against this complaint.

                    When Jio is get connected with there package existing customers like us will leave from your service.

                      Asianet serials are promoting violence against women. Episode of kasthooriman serial telecasted in[protected] is an example. It is shown that women enjoy such violences from their husbands.
                      Female characters in serials are stereotypically depicted. If they have submissive qualities and if they wear traditional clothes then they are good. Otherwise they depict a negative character.
                      Kindly stop such serials. This is 2019.

                        I've been contacting customer care for like the past whole week for a single complaint which is highly annoying for me. I've been contacting them for resolving my high ping and loss issue, and after everything their reply is just "sir, we've registered you're complaint and will fix this problem within 24 hrs" and this problem hasn't been fixed yet even after 168 hour. This is so annoying, feels like they are making a fool out o[censored]s. I hope this will consumer complaint would be fixed asap..
                        All that they say is "sir, you're problem is due to the crisis of flood issues that where happening around our area.." i won't agree with this excuse because my neighbor and my friends who's using lan network and my lan cable both are connected together and they receive their connection without any problems, so why would they try to get these lame excuses and keep unsatisfying their consumers
                        I hope this complaint will resolve my problems.. Asap..

                          I have noticed that the actors in serials shown by asianet channel do not wear seat belts while driving cars. Of course the caption about seatbelt is shown during such scenes. But that is not enough, why can't they be shown wearing seat belts?

                          Does asianet support not wearing of seat belts. Please ask the producers and directors to ensure that the actors are shown to be wearing set belts.

                            My set box bearing mac no 08803932de79 lets me view free channels only, since 15 august 2019, all paid channels show an error: "not authorised to view this channel,"

                            Of late, since three months in a row, i am not receiving any sms or email msgs citing my monthly bill amount due, however, i am regular with paying my bills based on the previous, i. E. Rs 450/- online within the first 5 days of every month,

                            The customer care (Who cut the call abruptly on 15 august 2019, before i could communicate my further queries), informed me that i have arrears of rs 316/- for the month, which i paid online last night, itself, (15 august 2019)

                            The issue persists, and the customer care services are pathetic,

As we have informed about the canceling of internet connection through customer care multiple times but no action has been taken till now.                                 Asianet satellite communication has a few groups of channels from which i was forced to select group of channels instead of individual channels. It is against the policy announced by trai and against the interest of the customers. Previously i used to get more channels i wanted at less price. But now i am not getting all the channels i need and i have to pay more.

                                  Please disconnect my ftth connection sub code np1893, name: abdul raoof arakkal, and the scheme is tu_1099 monthly.

                                  Your service is not stable and not reliable at all, i have reported so many times about the issue of internet availability at my home, most of the times we have to restart the router in order to get the internet working, sometimes even we restart the router it doesn't work, we need to restart several times in order to get it work again, i reported this issue again last week and they open a ticket for this, but they just close the ticket with out inspecting my device on site or just calling me to confirm whether its ok or not. Still internet unavailable at my home.

                                  I am no longer wish to continue with your service, and, take this as a official request for disconnecting my ftth connection as soon as possible.

                                    I have had asianet digital cable connection since 2012. Initially i was residing in thevera and now i have shifted to vaduthala. My present subscriber number is ga91070905. When i subscribed for asianet hd i was offered a package which had mixture of channels in various languages. When offer for having your own choice of channels was given i went to the asianet office to choose my channels. I was offered various packages which had mixture of channels in various languages but there was no package having only english and hindi channels (I am a non-malayalee settled in ernakulam and do not know malayalam). Even after speaking to various staff i was told that i will have to choose the packages offered by asianet and could not get what i wanted. So i had to pick up a package containing more channels of my choice with other channels of other languages.
                                    Now my subscription has expired and i want to renew with channels of my choice. There is no option online and the asianet office is not at all helpful.
                                    Apart from the above customer care services of asianet are not at all customer friendly. Whenever i have problems and i try calling customer care numbers most of the times the line is busy or do not respond at all. Even when it is picked up and my complaint is heard there is no action taken forcing me to contact higher authorities
