I have submitted the package opted for the two set boxes operating under subscriber code da92002210, via alacarte channels,

Mac: e448c7e6d335 - channels: 68, valued @ rs. 410.64 (Not activated)

I am in receipt of sms, and as per instructions, i have reset to factory settings, i was told to contact the service personnel,

No response to my repeated attempts to contact the service personnel,

Mac: e448c7e6d335 remains (Not activated), if as per the sms the digital services have migrated to the new scheme, and the process complete from your end,

Why does the problem persist?

    We were informed that we can choose what channel we need to watch now asianet has come up with a package, we do not require the channels mentioned in the package, along with the free channels we just need is

    Hi Thomas,

    Thought to share my experience with you. Yes, you would be able to choose the channels as you prefer.
    You may first need to register with your subscription ID here - http://asianetdigital.co.in/ >> click on Subscriber corner >> Register (you may need to do an OTP verification).

    Then Login with your Subscriber ID and Password. Go to Services >> Select/Create Packages >> Alacarte Channels and add desired channels to the cart by clicking the + button. Then Click on "View" button and proceed to check out. After successful completion of payment (I must warn you that the payment gateway is broken most of the day) the channels would be activated.

    If you prefer, you may add Kerala FTA-2 from "Recommended Channels". Click on the magnifier button to get the list of channels in each package.

      Asianet has disconnected my existing package and not implemented the new selected channels for the last 10 days. I have enough money in account. Also, i have selected the channels 10 times and every time they reset my selection may be due to the fact that, it is not according to their wish. I have selected the channel as alacarte model. The last selection order no was 229118 and now it is empty. No one from asianet customer care attend the calls always "network busy" even i call at 1 am. What should i do?

I am satisfied with the present connection but for the time being i request you to disconnect my broadband connection.           In feb 6th i selected the pack channel alacarte channel include hd channels and my money debited 386rs till now not getting the channels, officers saying its a missing software error it wil resolve,
          This is big cheating from asianet.. They taken our moneys, they fooling peoples.,
          This same problem happened so much people, so how much price is getting in asianet....

          I paid rs.155 online for base plan (Rs.153.4 showing on portal). I don't have channels since one week, now few channels available but not clear. I contact kozhencherry branch, they told they are not responsible for online payments. Also i paid rs. 325 for maintenance as per their suggestion. All customer care contact numbers and local branch numbers are busy or not answering. I raised complaint on asianet portal, but no response.

          I am a subscriber to Asianet for nearly a quarter century. What I’m facing over a fortnight is atrocious - all created by the bunch of greedy ### presiding over various seats of power in Asianet. They should apologize to public for their ineptitude and compensate for the financial and missed opportunities. Moreover they must stop their hidden agenda of imposing bouquet packages on subscribers. My I’d is AA90101918.

            I have selected channel pack from asianet website and paid for the same, they received my payment and showing it on my account (Asianet account), but still they have not yet started the service which i have paid for... Pathetic service from local agent, they r telling that its become online, they cant do anything, and i have found that i am not the only person facing the same problem, so its clear that asianet is taking money from costumers and not providing the service, that means, if they have taken an average of 400 rupees from their 1 lac costumers, they earned 4 crore rupees, they are making profit from costumers money, i[censored] guys would not provide me my service by tomorow, i wil go to consumer court..

              As part of the recent TRAI rule, I have selected KSD6 as the plan from Asianet suggested plan. Of the channels offerred under the plan but below ones are not available. Amount had been debited from my prepaid balance.
              &Flix, HBO, WB, SuryaTV, Surya movies, surya comedy, Discovery Channel, MNX, RomedyNow, Asianet plus, Discovery Sci.
              I contacted them multiple times but no reply also send email no response. Attached the amount deducted screen shot.

              Please advise.

                Sir subscriber no ba92001138. Johnregi.. Sir first i would like point out error in asianet digital system. While adding channels everytime it ads network slab 12.3.4.5 so on please check. For me it added 10 slabs even though my channel selection was below 100. And if you two stb box. It automatically switches between box. So the system is not good. It's mobile world you have develop a proper app.. That is general. I had paid 14 month subscription of 7440 rs on nov 30. Asianet deducted money stating trai regulation... Trai rules it states that incase a subscriber has availed any scheme like annual subscription with advance charges paid for future lock in period like annual plan the distributor shall provide services for such committed period without any increase in price/ charges and without altering any terms of subscription... The distributor cannot make any changes that entails any disavandages to the subscriber in such cases...
                Accordingcto trai regulation and refund my full amount of 7440... Asianet digital not doing.. So.. Asked kapada local asianet to refund my present balence of 5600 which your office is not responding. Either way they are wrong

                Had forced to select channel by blackout of channel. And even the selected channel activation done after 5 days. Customer care us busy most times and even I pointed out channel paid are blackout they are asking wait. Still now one channel paid and price deducted cannot viewed

                  As per the new order of train i had contacted chanel office chavakkad directly on 31 january 19 and submitted chanel list as follows
                  Free chanel 100 130.00
                  Sun met 11 chanel's 45
                  Asianet. 39.00
                  Z. Kerala. 0.10
                  Jaya chanel's 10.00
                  Raj chanel's. 4.00
                  They not given any acknowledgement for the same so far or not intimated the charges. So i have ridden to contact the consigned persons over phone to most [protected], [protected] but they not connected. Also sent several mails to asianet. Now we are not getting chanel's flowers, mazhavil manorama, kairali, jaihind janam, asianet news and other chanel's requested. We had deposited amount in advance.

                    I have called asianet customer care for 3 times in two days for same complaint. First i have spoken to customer care person, i told my channel selection as per new policy, she told it will be activated within 10 minutes, even after 24 hours channel not got activated, again i called customer care, it take minimum 15 minutes to connect your customer care, this time i have been told that it will activate within 1 hour time, and again next day i called customer care to get the status, this time they asked me, which all channels you need and from the begining they asked everything, the customer care lady was very lethargic, and no complaint register number maintained in asianet. Now i am getting only few channels on my selection list, and few channels i have opted for hd, but i am getting normal channel only. Anyone responsible person in asianet customer care?? If so please solve my issue as earlier as possible.

                      I have made the channel selection on feb 3rd (Ahead of the said date) but not able to view the paid channels of my choice. Asianet has been displaying channels which are not of my interest and choice. It seems disgusting when we have made the payment and we are not getting the service for more than a week. Instead they are showing some other channels in other languages. My time and money is wasted and the asianet authorities are not even responding to my calls/complaints which i raised and escalated to the nodal officer as well.
                      Now the packs which i have selected is being replaced with some channels of asianet's choice which is very shocking.
                      Please help me in either getting my money back or would want the channels of my choice to be displayed.

                          They are yet to provide the channels based on individual choice as per trai norms and standards. They have blanked the previously watched channel without even notice too.

                          I’m fed up with complaining to them since jan last... No one is competent enough to resolve the solution. Many times i went to krishna mohan, the manager or called him personally.. It’s really pathetic that they are unable to provide the customised channels as per trai regulations... My complaint is more than 2 weeks old... If they bend on avoiding these complaints, i’ll escalate the issue higher ups..

                                Asianet digital tv has send an sms asking me to select the channels or choose broadcaster packages through online by visiting the website www.asianetdigital.co.in. however i receive constant error messages while entering my subscriber code provided by asianet. I tried calling the custromer care department but the line is either busy or do not respond at all. Finally i visited the asianet office based in kochi and to my surprise i was told that i will have to choose the packages offered by asianet or wait for another 2 months to choose or create the pack which i wish to have. This is a clear case of gross violation by asianet digital tv and i kindly request you to interfere.

                                Thought to share my experience with you.

                                Have you tried entering the subscription ID in small letters? I was initially typing it in all Caps and got the error message. Later, when I typed the alphabets in lower case, the site automatically populated my consumer details and I was able to register.

                                The 2 months waiting period seems to be a miscommunication. Most o[censored]s are able to choose the desired channels via online. You may please try again and if not getting through, could you share the error message you are getting and your subscriber ID?

                                Hi,

                                If you log in to https://www.asianetdigital.co.in/ with your subscriber ID, it let you choose the channel as you prefer via ALACARTE tab. I myself have chosen the desired channels from the global list, not from the bouquets suggested by them. The pdf you shared might be convenient for some who are not that choosy I guess.

                                  Consider this as high level complaint regarding unavailability of all the channels for which i have paid upfront. I have recently added the channels of my liking by visiting asianet subscriber corner on the website as advised by the message which i have received. My question is why are the channels still not appearing even after i have selected and paid for them. All i get is a message asking me to contact asianet customer service which is total rubbish and non-existent. The number just gets cut off automatically. I regret in having chosen asianet for as my subscriber. When do i get to see the channels as according to trai customer can choose the channels of their liking, now that my new package is also not active nor is my old package. As per trai customer can enjoy the old package even if they are not opting for the new one;s which was not the case for me as channels went missing even before i chose ale carte channels via asianetdigital subscriber corner. A copy of this email has been send over to trai to let them know of the inefficiency and to alert them that the service provider is failing to deliver the promises offered by trai.

                                    I am a 15 years long subscriber of asianet satellite communications (Digital tv). Yesterday they cut off abruptly my connection without any intimation. On enquiry they told me that i have not paid the february subscription. But i was ready to pay the february subscription when the bill collector came for january subscription. Then he told me to wait as some changes are coming during february. So i wasn't able to pay then. Now asianet cut off my connection abruptly. All my neighbours are getting their channels. However i paid the february subscription today morning. But even now (At 9.45pm) they have not my connection. They are not showing the it haste in cutting off in restoration. I humbly request you to please issue necessary directions to restore my connection possibly tomorrow itself.

                                      Our asianet connection at our office muthoottu buildings, central junction, near c kesavan statue, central junction, kozhencherry, pathanamthitta dist is not working. Inspite of our repeated effort to lodge a comp[lint with asianet kozhencherry is still fruitless as nobody is picking up the phone since y/day.
