No connectivity for the past 24 hours. No phone calls attended . We can hear only the recorded information "all the lines in this route are busy. Please call after sometime.' if we call[protected] and it will go on ringing if we call [protected]. Try after some time. Even if [protected] they will give one registration no. But nobody will come and attend. This had been my experience for the last three or four times. My complaint is rectified only to the courtesy of one mr. Santhosh kumar of asianet pappanamcode office whom I know personally I think this attitude of asianet is because of their thought that is no competitive cable provider here..

Asianet — Can't Download Torrent Files

I am using Asianet Broadband plan Speed 830 package. I can't download any torrent files from the internet. is there any way to download torrent files? Hope you can help

    Hi, I was using the broadband for about 4 months and i'm facing frequent connectivity issues. This month(04-15) from 15-18 i was not able to access Internet. When I called their customer support they told me that issue will be solved immediately. But issue was not resolved yet. That is all. Thanks and Regards, Nivin Thomas. [protected]

    No channels for two days.

    No channels for two days .we are paying huge amount to them. Till now no respond. Plz fix this issue. MY SUBSCRIBE ID: DB92010378. Address madatilotu house manjadi p.o thiruvalla. Pathanamtia. Aisanet cable tv staffs are lazy and not responding at right time. Customers are valuable. Plz fix this issue.

      My broadband connection got cut during a lightning as the router was damaged. I bought new router paying from my pocket from this provider.Since then the speed has reduced drastically to the extend that even skype cannot connect.Many times complaints were filed, but no use. My request to all friends will be to never consider Asianet Broadband while r going for new connection or renewal. This company is group of people who are specialised in cheating only.May be their employes are all mediocre posing as if they know about Internet services.My experience is that they are worthless. They only want increase number of subscribers and generate money without providing service.It is high time people take this bunch o[censored]nworthy group to the court.

      Asianet broadband service is the worst one can ever take. It disconnects every now and then. There are no relaible means by which we can get a complaint redressed. Whenever we call the issue gets resolved breifly, to repeat again shortly thereafter. The billing service is also poor. i am still not getting my billing statement even after several requests. The connection is least reliable, especially in present times, when kids take exams and attend classes online.

        I don't have internet connection for the last 7 days and called customer care, met the tiruvalla office and there is no response.They are asking for bribe for their service. I had send mail to Nodel officer and above.None of them have reverted for solving this issue.Need support.

But your Cable TV is not having a proper MENU. The Menu is not giving any details of the programs for next 5-6 hours nor is it giving details of the current TV program. These many details are available on all other services such as DISH TV, TATA SKY, AIRTEL etc. Please ensure that menu facility is provided. I have given numerous complaints over phone from 27th March regarding this EPG related problem vide complaint number GA02052510 BUT TILL DATE NO ONE HAS DONE ANYTHING. Please attend and sort out this issue I feel cheated because your representative has taken ONE YEARS subscription and NOT given me a proper demo nor advised that MENU will not have details. Had I known that, I would not have taken the connection. This is deficiency in service.

            We were using Asianet broadband Scheme-980 till the month of March. My Customer Id is MJ179.Recently we enquired the procedure for Scheme change to speed 650 in April and according to advice provided we sent a mail on 13th March.When we enquired for the procedure for plan change via customer service, we were asked to sent a mail to asianet stating the subject and was told that the scheme would change from the next month and was also advised we should sent the mail as soon as possible since it would take some time for the processing. We were not told that changes would take place before the validity of the then prevailing scheme expired. We were told only of a Rs.150 extra - lower scheme shifting charge. We got a reply mail on 17th March asking us to look in the brochure and provide exact plan name, since the rates we had seen on a particular link, had been revised. Even in the reply mail it was not mentioned that scheme changes would be immediate.According to what it was told to us the bill should have come to 1080(March)+650(April)+ 150(shifting) charge = approximately1880 for two months. But the total Bill has now come to Rs.3026, after shifting to a lower price scheme. I have called them several times regarding this issue but still no action has been taken.               I've been an asianet broadband customer for the past 2 years and recently changed my plan from speed690 to speed510, the internet speed that i should get is like 1mbps and the speed i get is 670 kbps. I have been calling them for the past 3 days and they've taken no actions.

              Please change the.existing time of omedy stars & tell me the answer. Tell me the answer should be in 8.0 pm to 9.0 pm Monday to Wednesday and Comedy Stars time should be In 8.0 pm to 9.0 pm Thursday to Saturday. Because of many people like childrens & elders will need play these programmes early before 9.0 O' xlock. In village areas people will sleep up to 9.0.- 9.30 pm.

              It is a request. Please take in a positive way and take a necessary action in above.

                The service presently being offered by your Aluva Office for the cable vision service is far from satisfactory. There is 'atleast' one or more interruptions per day. This interruption could be anywhere between 5 minutes and several hours. When I call your Aluva office, either the phone is not picked up or a toally unsatisfactory explanation is given. This is not the service a full paying customer deserves or should be offered by an organisation. Understand that your service is the 'Hathway' service. However, the service offered by Hathway in other cities in India is far better than what is being offered by Asianet, Kerala. I was a member of Asianet Broadband for more than 2 years. Finally, having got fed-up with 'no service' from Asianet, I cancelled my membership. It will not be long before I do the same to your Cable TV...unless the service picks-up dramatically...IMMEDIATELY... Can you possibly assist to ensure this problem is sorted out once and for all? Many Thanks...

                  Respected Sir, I am Lisgit Sunny owner of GoldenLeaf Group (www.goldenleaf.in), Thrissur.We are into Travel agency, Aviation Academy, & Construction. We are using Asianet wifi modem with code (TR 25602) Our modem is not working from 22nd March 2015, We didn't complain on Sunday thinking they may be on leave. We complained on Monday morning and they had given the complain register number (TR167098).They also assured it will be resolved soon. I had called them again today morning that is 24th march 2015 still they are telling the same. In spite of constant calling and complaining about the Internet connection which we had paid for 1 Year Invoice Number (TR11S1407796), My problem is not resolved yet. Due to this I lost many business. They are still telling it will be rectified and we cannot find any change. Kindly look into the matter and ask them to pay for my business loss.

                    The Broadband connection at my residence is non-functional since 5 days. Asianet claims that they will not waiver the monthly charges until and unless the connection is not active for more than 5 days. The response from the customer care and the Technicians have been pathetic. This policy of Asianet means that the customer is expected to pay monthly charges despite the connection being inactive for 5 days or more, this is daylight robbery and the company makes profit by wrong means. The connection number for the broadband connection is TV90684 and the complaint number is TV[protected]registered on 20th March). Asianet should change the existing policy and waive off the monthly charges on a prorate basis even if their services and unusable by their consumers for more than 12 hours.

                      Sir, I am a subscriber to the Asianet cable service since a very long time(Customer number:GA[protected] I had changed it to digital format by purchasing a new set top box(No: N [protected]) by paying R. 7250(Rs 3500+Rs 3750) on 16/3/2015.Ever since, I am unable to view all HD channels, as promised by the service provider on subscription to the Digital format. Many attempts on all days since then to file a complaint has only met with lack of response from the local cable operator. Kindly do the needful and set right my complaint so that I can utilize the new set top box and the digital connection as intended to.                         Complaint logged at M/s Asianet Helpdesk on 14/03/2015 (Complaint Ticket id : WC 4634)nobody took initiative even to contact me and enquire about it. Very poor explanation from helpdesk executive not even ready to give the escalation channel. The helpdesk executive even dont know when the call can be attended, why the local office not picking up the phone even after forwarding it to them 7 times as urgent .                           I am fed up with the customer care team of Asianet as no resolution has been seen to my Complaints Tickets 1(CN[protected]CN 573014) which were given on11/03/15 through [protected] and now i have received a sms saying my complaint has been resolved.I do not know how they seem to be operating with out any quality assurance and proper Customer service standards.I have had many instances where the Customer care executives HANG the calls while talking and they give a switched off no when we ask for NODAL Officer no.This is a serious issue and I need help from this form to teach them a lesson.

                            My channels are disconnected from feb onwards..when i contacted customercare they told 4 months payment are pending. &technician will contact me.                                 Sir, I am a digital cable connection holder for a long period. Of late it is seen that your cc division is going from bad to worse. It takes very long to pick up the call. Also I had the complaint of message "signal not found " Comming on the screen 2 to 3 times last few days . I have been repeatedly giving complaints but till it has not been solved permanently . At this movement also it is the same. Please do some thing permanently or I will have to go to consumer court. Channel No: 801 - NHK - Signal Reception is good 2. Channel No: 802 - HD Movies Now - Poor signal, Intermittant frame freeze, video pixellation and jitter 3. Channel No: 803 - HD MTunes - Poor signal, Intermittant frame freeze, video pixellation and jitter 4. Channel No: 804 - HD Trace - No Video for the past few weeks 5. Channel No: 805 - HD UTV Stars - No Video for the past few weeks 6. Channel No: 806 - Star HD1 - Video quality is ok (Probably because of the ongoing ICC World Cup matches) 7. Channel No: 807 - Star HD2 - Video quality is ok 8. Channel No: 808 - HD History - Video quality is ok 9. Channel No: 809 - Ten HD - Intermittant frame freeze, video pixellation, jitter and frequent blanking of the screen with "Poor signal" warning indication 10. Channel No: 810 - Nat Geo HD - Signal quality is ok 11. Channel No: 811 - Star Movies HD - Poor signal, constant Video pixellation 12. Channel No: 812 - HD Star Plus - Signal quality is ok 13. Channel No: 819 - Zee Cinema HD - Poor signal, Intermittant frame freeze, video pixellation and jitter In most of the HD channels there is frequent video frame freeze, video pixellation and video and audio jitter problems . The picture in HD Ten channel which used to be the most clearest one is constantly freezing and the screen is blanking every now and then showing an indication "Poor signal" at the top left of the screen. Whenever it is tried to make this complaint in the Asianet Digital Customer Care complaint no: [protected] the person answering at the Asianet customer care replies that "This is a common issue" and he/she hesitates to register the complaint and give the complaint no: in return. When I insisted the lady customer care executive to register my complaint she put me on hold for a long time and gave me a complaint no: and replied that a Technician will attend the complaint and call me back. Thereafter I have not received any SMS in my mobile no:, registered with Asianet, regarding the registering of the complaint and the complaint no: which I normally used to get from Asianet. Within half an hour of my complaining I was able to see that all the above channels started to render smooth videos though at visibly lower video resolution. I guess they did some tweaking or tinkering of the video streams to temporarily make the reception in my area ok. No Technician has called me back and after 2 days I am still facing the same above mentioned problems in the same HD channels. Whenever a complaint is to be made to Asianet customer care we are bound to lose minimum Rs 6/- as phone charges since the whole process of interacting with the customer care executive and the time that the executive put our call on hold during the conversation takes minimum 7 to 8 minutes.It is high time that Asianet stop fooling its HD consumers with these kinds of cheap and unjust actions and start providing proper permanent good quality cable TV service to all those who have fully paid for their proper cable TV service in advance.
