Asianet Satellite Communications — cable tv... absolutely horrible.

I definitely say that asianet by far is the worst company i have dealt with when it comes to customer service. I returned to india and reinstated my subscription by payment on monday the 21st oct 2019. My subscrip6no. Is ka91046810. I was promised service within the hour. But till date no service. I called and complained on monday to local kozhikode office and they said a technician will visit and resolve. Thereafter till date no response. No one lifts the telephone line[protected]. Also helpline people looks like a call centre and are unable to help. Someone called from a number +[protected] but no matter how many times i try this number there is neither response or its busy. I should say that if i was to rate asianet in terms of service and customer interaction... Asianet is the worst i have experienced. Your staff are neither courteous nor do they have proper answers and methods of communication. I wonder how this organisation survives. I hope i get some kind of response and my connection is reinstated. Ashok sudhakaran.

I called again and spoke to a supervisor yesterday and they said they will resolve it. Till now nothing. Further to push it to higher levels I tried submitting complaint on their website but when you press the submit key nothing happens and system hangs. Tried a number of times and called call centre. After holding line for 20 minutes hearing music I got through to a lady. She apologised for inconvenience..which sounded more like a recorded message or a broken record with no meaning or concern. She asked me to go to google and clear cookies and try again. Even this has not helped. So their web site does not function. The call centre gives standard message that complaint has been registered. Altogether you get no one in the company who feels responsible or understands customer concern and tries to resolve the issue. Asianet as an organisation fails to meet their commitments.

Technician visited and got ACV working. Rest of Emarald package not working. He said he will ho back and energise. However i was surprised yesterday evening to get msg as under :
[Sub Code:KA91046810]:Dear subscriber, Your complaint has been resolved as per our records.Call Customer Care for further support. Your Ticket No :KA01256992

The problem us not resolved and they say its resolved and file is closed. How is this when I still have the problem. I call the call centre and they say they will reinstate the complaint. Wonder what they are doing.

As a consumer I feel cheated. Having paid and not getting service and when you complain they close the file without resolving issues.
