Asianet Satellite Communications — how to reactivate my cable connection. the agent is not cooperating. | |||
I subscribed my asianet digital tv connection through a local agent. The agent is used to collect the payment monthly payments randomly in lumpsum. Also, there is no receipts for the payment even after repeated request. Suddenly the connection disconnected one day. I haven't used the connection for a while now. L like to reactivate the connection or else planning to subscribe some other dish tv connection. While contacting customer care, they informed me to contact the local agent. I am not interested in dealing with local agent due to their poor service. If there is direct payment options than why dealing with the local agents. Therefore, please let know how to reactivate my connection. Or what is the option to return the setup box. Was this information helpful? | |||
