We are annual subcription paying customer's. We are facing a difficulty in your dth services. (E. I) now you have made many channels as paid channels (Star networks channels e. G. Asianet plus, asianet movies, star vijay, star sports etc), already we are paying an annual amount of 3000 to 4000. Now you have added many paid channels (Around 10 to 15 channels) so, the amount is very high when compared to other dth services. As we stay in kerala, ernakulam and we prefered asianet was to be best, we choosed asianet but now your services is not satisfying customer needs. Make any changes in subcribtion amount or change paid channels to include in total subcribtion list. If there is no changes made then we have to change to another dth connection. We are a group of people staying in an apartment around 108 flats people requesting for a change. So, kindly consider our request and do needful services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
