Sir i am a subscriber of Asianet digital tv with sub.id AA91107672 My monthly subscription is Rs 248.83, this amount what i am paying is one month advance. Now this month when you try to pay online thro www.mydtv.in it shows current month +1 that is indirectly they are collecting 2 months advance. During this covid time it is an extra burden on customers and also making the customer helpless at the time of lockdowns to go to their local office and do any query I request you as the authority to take immediate action on this matter why should a customer pay 2 months advance without any reason my monthly charge is 248.83 and this as of now every month i am paying 1 month in adv they show current balance of subscriber -248.83 min.amt.payable 498.584( this is actually 2 months advance) You can check this in www.mydtv.in quick recharge i request you tu give a reply by email [protected]@rediffmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
