Order not delivered yet, AB6492898, wrong dispatch details. ordered on 23rd Oct15 I called several times to customer care support about my shipment which I paid through credit card but they are providing me wrong AWB number. They claimed it was generated on 27th oct15 but today on 2nd of nov15, I called Delhivery courier service and they said the given awb no is invalid. When I asked "ask me bazar", they said its against their company policy to give us awb number. Really ??? If yes why I was given earlier with an invalid awb number. When I insisted they checked and said I'll receive the product on 6th nov15. Is it?? and its not shipped yet. Can someone tell me what is going on? I am 100% sure I am not going to receive it on 6th if it is not shipped yet. Now today on 6th nov15 called them up (Mukesh Patil) and they said it is already cancelled. There are even limits of online shopping fraud but yeah ask me bazar on top. It was my first order and biggest mistake was I paid them already. Now they are saying it will get refunded within 5 to 7 working days, really?? I asked them where does they sit, I meant some office but they said its against their company policy. Great policy to keep customers money. I purchased NOTHING in EMI through credit card. I have to pay that though on time. Can anyone help me how to shut their company as soon as possible? And I feel people are still lucky who received broken products. Trust me its a totally scam company like timtara.com. They are closed now and they were in jail too. same thing happen with me.. 23rd oct purchase product.. same answer received.. cancel without notification.. no reply to any mail.. so many calls for shipment details.. same ans u will receive on 6th.. no other details against our policy.. and after 15 days saying your product is cancelled.. and they will take more 7-8 working days for refund.. a big scam, a fraud company.. some one has to take action against them.. and also government has to make some strict rule against such fraud online shop..
