[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Incomplete and wrong product delivered

i have ordered a combo of 4 aligatorr full sleeve shirt. but I have recieved only 2 shirts i.e. the product is incomplete. moreover the incomplete delivered is also wrong and different from the product that i have choosen. I complaint about this but thir reply is un satisfactory. they said that we have send full pacakaged parcel. ok if they send full complete parcel then why the prodyct is different? please help me to refund.
