[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Product not receiving and they will told me offer will be out of stock they will receiving my payment

They will be offering to me take handset of micromax canvas 5 with rupees 5081.55.
Handste details 5.2 inch screen, 13 mega pixel camera, front 5 mega pixel camera, 3 gb ram and internal memory 16 gb, bettery 2900 mah. With this details of handset company will offering to me to take this handset with rupes 5081.55. Only. So i decided to take this handset and i am ready to pay upper ammount of handset. And i am giving this payment of hdfc bank credit card. But the company fails to give me handset and they replied me we are offering the handset is out of stock. While they are replied to me we are ready to pay your cash back. Hence i am complaint to that fraud company.

I am rajeshibhai Chauhan. I received 3 jeans from ask me bazaar, but same was not fit for me. So I want to return the item 3 jeans and arrange to refund my money in my A / c. Pl.do needful as early as possible.jeans are so tight that I can't wear them.SO nothing else do needful at earliest.So we can trust.
