[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Unnecessary cancellation | |||||
Recently I ordered a sony tv worth Rs2199 from askmebazaar.com. They mailed me that they had received the order and had then approved it, but then they started saying that they cannot the deliver the product because of price error.Later on the said that they cannot the product because it is out of stock but when I ordered it, it was well in stock. Recently snapdeal for sued for a similar price error if an iPhone 5 at Rs 68, but the buyer approached the consumer forum and the company had to deliver the product in Rs 68 and also had to pay a fine of 10000. I have raised the complaint ticket many times but you've always stated your point and closed the ticket . I don't have all day for it..you may check your records and see my problem
