Askme.com — Wrong product delivered

I recently ordered an brown leather jacket from askmebazaar. my complaint is that the product which they had shown on the site that is not delievered to me and I am not satisfied with that product. The another big concern is that I had raised an complaint ticket to askmebazaar on the next day only when i recieved that product. But they were still not taking any action and my ticket was still pending and not solved.my ticket number is #39158. I called many times in askmebazaar customer care but I have not get any message or mail regarding my complaint.
