Hi, I had ordered a spirite phone sticky 2600 mah power bank. I received it on 10th Oct 2015. The packing was the worst I had ever seen after being exposed to the packaging of Flipkart and Amazon. The delivery guy was very particular to take the money first and didn't even show me the product before taking the money ( It was a COD purchase). He knew if I had seen the product I wouldn't have paid. The power bank turned out to be old, used and faulty. It holds a maximum of 500 mAh power. And even that drains automatically if you keep the power bank lying for 24 hrs. The sun glass I got as free are small and scratched. I raised a complaint on the 10th Oct 2015 saying I demand a refund and got an acknowledgement email saying they will contact me soon. No one contacted me. Today is the 16th of Oct 2015 and I called them up. They said I should have raised the complaint within 48 hrs. Case closed. Amazing considering Amazon and flipkart give 30 days to return a product. Then I realized I am an Indian living in India and fleecing customers is in the DNA of Indian business houses with very very few exceptions. The order no is AB 5615210. I am greeted by the voice of Ranbir Kapoor whenever I call askmebazaar.com. The face of Ranbir doesn't help in restoring my confidence in Indian ecommerce portals. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ASKMEBAZAAR. The lesson I learned the hardway. Not all e-commerce portals are amazon. Congratulations askmebazar for adding one more name in the long list of people you have fooled.

I would like correct some mistakes in the above complaint. I am angry so I got some fact s wrong. I received the product on 10th Oct 2015. I emailed askmebazaar on 16th Oct 2015 and not on 10th Oct 2015. Today is the 21st Oct 2015 and I called them and was told I should have raised the first complaint within 48hrs where amazon and flipkart gives you 30 days to return.
