Sir i am ashish valecha.i have placed an order ab6491138 on askmebazaar.com on 20 october 2015.this product was mobile handset.i had paid for this order via payumoney..the company assured me to deliver the product with in 13 working days.but till now i have not received any product.the company had given me only tracking number of the courrier partner ecom express.but the company had not given product to courier partner..only details uploaded..i had complaint for this on 4 november 2015 but there was no response from customer care.the response that was given to.ame was fake assurance only..kindly help me in receivikng this product.
