To whomsoever concerned This is to lodge a written complaint against fake product delivered on 2nd Feb 2015 vide Delhivery awb[protected] which was bought online on 26th January 2015 from askmebazaar.com Just to give a brief; • I had ordered two MI-Xiaomi 10400 MAH Power Bank @ Rs 449/- each vide order no. AB921879 and AB921993. • Order no. AB921879 was delivered to me on 2nd February 2015. • On checking the product it was found to be fake and not in working condition. • Immediately I lodged a complaint for return of the product with complaint log no. QRC78997 and QRC80386 • Simultaneously owing to the experience of my order delivered I also cancelled the other order for which delivery was not taken and I got the product delivery cancelled through askemebazaar.com call centre for which the service request no. was QRC80395 In this connection would like to state that though was promised for a person will come to collect the fake product collected from me, but till date nobody has visited nor I have received any call to this effect. Kindly arrange for collecting the fake product delivered to me along with the refund of cash paid amount of Rs. 449/- immediately. Would appreciate an acknowledgement of this email and ensuring the needful at earliest to avoid any legal recourse to be taken at my end.
