[Resolved]  AskMeBazaar.com — Wrong product delivered

I ordered sony 10000mAh power Bank from askmebazaar.com. Below is the sequence of events. 1. Ordered sony 10000mAh power Bank on 3rd may'15 Order ID # AB2708149. The original cost of the product was Rs. 679. After applying discount coupon from Kotak it costed me Rs. 479. 2. Recieved the order on 20th May'15. Which is already very delayed. 3. I opened the product on 23rd may'15 and guess what? It's Xiaomi power bank packed in a broken box. Instead of 'Sony' power bank which I ordered online I actuallly recieved 'Xioami' product. Lol. 4. Called up customer care on same day(23rd May) @ [protected](not toll free) and I happened to talk some executive who took details and kept me on hold for couple of minutes then he reverted back. As per him I have to provide him my bank details so they will start processing the refund after collecting the product back from me. 5. Now Situation is all my efforts would go in vein, I have to reorder the product on revised prices with no discount coupon. 6. I denied and asked me to escalate this issue to upper management bacause It was their fault that they sent me wrong product. Why I should bear the consequences? 7. Then he agrees to transfer my call to his senior and ask me to stay on hold. 8. After 10 minutes of hold I got pissed and disconnected the call. 9. There is no feedback message from askmebazar, no call back, no email. 10. Being a helpless consumer I decided to return the product and get the refund so Next day, 24th May'15 I called up again. 11. Some other executive come up with a shocker, "Sorry sir you already had a complaint with us and you can register another complaint within 48 hrs". 12. During my entire conversation with their customer care people I never felt that I am talking to any person, they actually behaved like a poorly coded computer programs. 13. Finally I decided to keep the product instead of taking more frustration. It's a nominal amount of 479 that's why I am not getting proper motivation to fight back. 14. Last thing, I didn't find any feedback and comments section on their website.
