UPON CALLING ASKMEBAZAAR.COM ON HELP LINE, ONLY THING THEY KNEW TO SPEAK ABOUT WAS "PLEASE GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS" AND WE WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT... GUYS, IT LOOKS LIKE ASKME BAZAAR IS IN HAND-IN GLOVE WITH THE SUPPLIERS FOR SUCH TYPE OF TRANSACTIONS... THEY DONT EVEN PROVIDE THE TELE CONVERSATION REFERENCE NUMBER... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS... my order no. AB2579091 IN THAT WE BOOKED SONY 10000 MAH POWER BANK BUT THE SELLER SEND ME MI DUPLICATE 10000 MAH POWER BANK. THE SELLER CHEAT ME IN THIS PRODUCT AND WHEN I GIVE COMPAINT AGAINST THIS PRODUCT ASK ME BAZAAR TOOK MY BANK DETAIL AND TEL US THAT WITHIN 7 DAYS MY PERSON COME TO COLLECT THIS PRODUCT & AFTER 10 DAYS U GET UR MONEY BACK. NOW 15 DAYS OVER BUT NO ONE CAME FOR RECOLLECT MATERIAL... NOW I DOUBT THAT ASK ME BAZAAR & MY LIMBO TRADING IS KNOWINGLY SUPPLY WRONG MATERIAL NOW I SEND COMPLAIN LETTER TO CONSUMER COURT IF ANY ONE WHO CHEATED BY ASK ME BAZAAR SEND ME THAT COPY I FILE ALL CASES TOGETHER IN CONSUMER COURT WE ALSO WRITE THIS LETTER TO GOOGLE PLEASE DONT SEND ANY ADVERTISE ABOUT THIS CHEATED COMPANY.MY MAIL ID IS [protected]@gmail.com
Dear Askme bazaar customer care rep : u replied to my comments on 19th stating you would get it in touch within 48 hours and nothing has happed till date... i vl wait for a positive reply until monday evening... but dont call me for asking bank details... which i will never give... if my ordered product is not delivered to me i will take the matter legally to consumer court... and for your information, i have received many emails from various customers who bought some or the other thing on your website and similar problem and not resolved...i am taking up all these matters to the consumer court with all their emails... you will be solely responsible for all the expenses which i incur with regards to this...
