I have placed the order no. AB3068948 on 18th may. I have not received any communication on the delivery on the same. I have even written an email to customer care on 1st June to get an update. Still no response. The call center team keeps telling me that they will escalate this and get the team to call me back in 48 hours. But no action is taken yet. Either deliver the product asap or cancel the same and refund my money. Vivek

Updated by biradarviv Till today, i have not received any communication from askme for order no. AB3068948... its been more than 40 days i have bought the product, which is yet to be delivered.

Moreover i called the callcenter last week and spoke to floor manager, named Arvind. As usual he commited that someone will definetly call me in 48 hours. Again till now no one has reached out to me.

I called up again today and spoke to another floor manager, named Suma. She has finally agreed to request (QRC[protected] for refund of my amount. Has commited that i will get a call by 29th june monday evening.

Hoping against hope.
