[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Refund is not done even after one month of sending product back order no:AB1340627 | |||
My name is prashanth i had bought a samsung powerbank worth Rs 350. with order number AB1340627. i got the product after 2 weeks of booking at the end of the month March in 2015.immediately after 2 days i requested for resending the product since the quality was poor charging was happening only for 10% also it was just mentioned that it is from samsung but product was not at all looking like it was from samsung. At the end of march the delhivery courier guy came and took my shipment back and gave me pickup receipt[protected]. after 2 days i called ask me bazaar and raised a concern with id:qrc252539 again after a week raised another concern:qrc385446. everytime i call the executive will say the same answer "refund is initiated it will be done in one week."its already more than a month and money has not yet deposited but they have collected acc numbers long back.
