[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Regarding delivery of defective item | |||
This is one of worst online shopping sites I have ordered a Samsung 9000 mah powerbank. It was not charging my phone(2200 mah) for even a single time (after fully charged).I have returned it to them after raising a refund complaint Problems: 1.Delivered in 22 days. 2.defective item. 3.Not giving refund even after complaining on their customer care number and sending severel mails. 4. No response on mail and complaints. 5. Paid customer care made atleast 10 calls to these bunch of crooks. 6.They have given me a samsung 9000 mah powerbank but i doubt the originality of product. They are giving fake products on the name of big companies. please look into the matter as they are giving fake product on the name of big companies at low price.
