[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Wrong Product Delivery & Extremely Poor Customer Service | |||
I ordered three products from askmebazaar.com one product on 24th March 2015 ( Reebok T-Shirt), Another two products on April 20th 2015 ( Men Bracelet & Nike White Colour Shoes ).. All were Cash on Delivery Orders. Reebok T-Shirt I never received & got an email saying that my order has been cancelled. About Men Bracelet again I received same email regarding cancellation of order. Wondering why my orders have been cancelled I enquired, so I was told this may be due to lack of available inventory. So why does this website accepts order if they do not have sufficient inventory? Most important part is regarding third product I ordered which was Nike White Color Shoes. I received this order, I paid cash of Rs.1199/- to delivery man. When I opened, it was all together different product. It was black color pair of Nike shoes with different design then what I ordered on seeing at website. Moreover packaging of product was completely tampered with I did not received orginal Nike Box, which raises a question on genuineness of product. I sent email to [protected]@askmebazaar.com on April 25th 2015 about this, to which I did not received any reply. I received a call however from a delhi based number. They were asking me my bank account details over telephone call to transfer the refund amount. I did not gave my details as I was not comfortable in sharing my bank details over a phone call, without having any proof that call is genuinly from askmebazaar. I told the executive on call that I seek a reply on sent email from official askmebazaar email id. In that email I should be asked for my bank details so that I can share on email with much comfort. Over the same call I asked the executive to transfer the call to her senior as she was unable to answer my queries & giving a resolution for it. Senior came on call, he told me he is a floor manager at Askmebazaar. Upon hearing my query he told me that he will ask email department to give you reply on that email & also assured me a call back with 10 minutes. But I never received his call not an email reply to the mail I sent on [protected]@askmebazaar.com ( there was absolutely no HELP!) On 28th April I again sent email on same askmebazaar email ID mentioning the whole issue along with the names of the personnel whom I have spoken to, but even then again I did not received any reply. Today i.e April 30th I decided to call & seek a resolution. This call was received by SONALI, I explained her whole issue. She told me that if you have emailed then you will get reply from there. I told her that I did not received reply since last 5 days thats why I have called. I also asked her to transfer the call to senior, She directly told me that she don't have an authority to transfer the call to senior ( probably she did not transfered because she did not wanted to) She was very rude while speaking throughout the call. I faced an extremely poor service from Askmebazar not just once or twice but three times continuosly. I need my money back immediately.
