I recently ordered an brown leather jacket from askmebazaar. my complaint is that the product which they had shown on the site that is not delievered to me and I am not satisfied with that product. The another big concern is that I had raised an complaint ticket to askmebazaar on the next day only when i recieved that product. But they were still not taking any action and my ticket was still pending and not solved.my ticket number is #39158. I called many times in askmebazaar customer care but I have not get any message or mail regarding my complaint. I was so happy to be a part of ask me in the initial time and also the offers which i was offered by Mr Biju [protected] on[protected]. But let me tell you very frankly and sadly that i have never seen these kind of managers who gave empty words and empty promises to the customers just for getting business. it seems to be very poor than the poorest companies This is the business style of ask me. We never expect these kind of low service from ASK me. Its so disgusting and irritating. we invested hardly 20 000 rupees to coverup four districts like Palakkad, Thrissur, Malappurem and Ernamkulam but no use yet . The words which Mr Biju promised hasn't done yet in the last 3 months... I badly need to have a detailed discussion with Mr Biju as well the company to get my Money back. As a premium customer like me is facing issues like this then what could be the issues of normal customers. some of the main promises which i was offered is given below 1) Unlimited keywords and also it can be changed every 3 months 2) Our company name [Indo European] will be seeing in the left side while searching in google along with Map details. 3) Short Video clips can be added as a part of advertisements 4) Unlimited Pictures can be added in the profile 5) Our company no will be added in the contact part and will be highlighted rather than askme no 6) Alerts and Text messages will be delivered on my personal no rather than company no 7) Adding reviews from your side to build an image for our brand etc addition to it, I feel really pity about your service because these days Mr Biju wont attend our calls but he will pick the calls in seconds if we try from any other no. this is also the quality of your company and managers. I have come the point i have Received the packed of 05/01/2016 & gave the money of courier boy after received the parcel I have opened it & i have found two COD Shipment Slip in the packed one my & second other & the second slip mention some no i read it this slip & I found it another order no write this slip & that no. is DGA8430744. I check my phone which have received i have found that the display of the mobile are not come & mobile display are white. 1st of all i dint even place des order even tho delivery boy came to deliver the product, it was of small amount so thought il tak it, when was checking and trying to play the song's it wasn't getting on, so i want to return it, so plz solve my problem ASAP

I ordered a combo pack of bedsheets of price :Rs 2000/- and they deliverd after 14-15 days. after that the quality of bthe bedsheets is not at all good. and the picture that they showed in their site of carpet was totally different of what they have delieverd. I guess they have just stiched a thick cloth and . then i complaint by calling on [protected] and they said that money will be refunded in 13 working days and asked for account no. they didnt take anyaction till now . 13 days time period is over then also they didnt refunded the money. not at all satisfied by this. now i m trying to call on that no and the no is coming not reachable its unbarable.

I had booked one Nathan Leathers bag on[protected] rs. 1620 but on the occasion of deepawali jackpot offer I had to pay Rs.1085 only. I did not received my product till 24th of november 2015.than i called on customer care[protected].They received my complain with above mentioned number.Again i called today[protected] but they said your complain has been cancelled you have to order again and the offer is finished now so you have to pay Rs1620..i have called 11-12 times and the number is not tolfree even they take me on hold for talking their senior but it takes lot of time and i could not contact to the senior because they are taking so much time on hold...Now as i called and give my complaint no, they cut the phone..I am going to purchase this bag from market..But this business policy is not good..

All LED bulbs are of different size. and they are not even near to the quality of standard companies like Eveready, Phillips etc all are CHINESE make and not even 3 watts (all LED bulbs are below 5 watts) I will not ever go for such online shopping again in my Life again. I would request you all never buy electrical or electronic items from such fraud sites.. better to buy from local retailers from which you are guaranteed sales after service.

I was Ordered Surya Gas Stove On Dated 25-Oct-2015 After That Order Was Cancelled From Askme. I Was Cal To Customer Care They Told Me Your Order Is Confirm And It Will Deliver on Dated 05-Nov-2015 But Not Deliverd After That I Was Again Call To Customer Care Thay Told Me Your Order is Cancelled And Your Payment Will Refund in 5-7 Working Days But Still Payment Is Not Refund Please Take My Complaint And Give Me Response Already Your Take Lots Of Time

I have booked Paint Zoom on 19.11.2015, I got SMS & email for conformation of my order. they give me order no ABF 2560870 . I have called their customer care [protected] three times & every time I got answer that it has been dispatched. after that I have filed complaint with them ON 20.11.2015,

I had ordered a TV with order number "DGA7341349" which was not delivered even after 10days,
I have raised a request to cancel the order and refund the amount, but no buddy responds (#8563)

Request assistance in getting my refund at the earliest.

Askme is a fraudulent company. They and their sales executives have duped my start up of INR. 50000. This after promising to refund the money and not going ahead with the listing. Please do not use their services or subscribe to them, they have listed my company with all the wrong information without my permission, after me declining the listing during their confirmation call, just to show that they have provided the services. Request you be very careful of this company, it seems completely fraudulent and we are going to file a case against the company for fraud and improper representation of my company and its brand in court and registering a police complaint against Farhan Akhtar and Ranbir Kapoor for promoting their services. They do not even have a contract with my company and are fraudulently claiming that they do. The sales executives will tell you to make the payment and sign a paper so that they can make their month end quota and if you decide to reverse your decision you can do so when they call for a confirmation from the call centre and they will refund the amount in full. When they called, I declined the listing and requested the refund as promised. Since then I have received several calls from Amriti (sales executive) and Shubha (Finance person) from their local office in Bangalore begging me to reconsider my decision and that they will help correct all the wrong information. When they saw that I would not relent they have used fraudulent means to hold our money and have now also informed the call centre to say that the money cannot be refunded. If they have any ethics they would not hire such people and use such fraudulent means to do and win business. I would request anyone considering using their service to think a hundred times and refer my experience and not fall into this same trap.

I had placed an order (order number is AB6855760 )from Deepak Hoseiry on[protected].On the same day I was informed that they have received payment against this order ant it is being processed. But after that no further information iof any type is given to me and even customer care numbers are not worth of complaining because no one is present there to attend the calls.So please provide me any phone number or mail id, where i can talk about this so that my problem can be resolved.

I had ordered a combo product, which included 1 handbag, 1 spects and 1 belt. but in those products 2 products spects and belt have no defect but there is a defect in handbag. product received date - 5/11/2015 product ordered date - 30/10/2015 so plz refund my money and pick your product.

I received a call from askme.com saying they will post my add from olx for free on askme.com, from then i started receiving a lot of messages for posting conformation of single add. even if i want to confirm add they did not provide customer support, not only than my calls are not answered properly... i am highly disappointed with their services.

I am writing this email for filing a complaint about my order NDD2442014 which was placed on 3 oct I received a confirmation email about the order.I ordered luv lap sunshine stroller but instead of icrecieved Donald's pram on 7 Oct . I have raised several requests to ask me bazar for exchanging the product buy replacing me the one which I have ordered but I haven’t received any status update on this yet. I have exhausted all my options and would go ahead with complain to consumer court I have had very high expectations from ask me bazaarc but unfortunately I must say it has failed miserably to meet them. Hi all, we purchase a contract from Askme.com for providing srevice to us for one year. We paid askme.com INR 22806/- for this contract but still they didn't provide us single no. Of inquiry. All of the members of askme.com are fraud. Plz do not business with askme.com

Kindly note i have ordered Bajaj Majesty 25 L GPU water heater from askmebazaar.com and order id is NDD2441026.I have received the defective product and i have updated the askmebazaar on the same and inspite of many calls and complaints there is no response from there end.Complaint no's are QRC2220, QRC2360, QRC2360.i have requested them to change the product or replace it or refund my money but they are not taking it seriuosly..Eveytime wen i call them they r saying tat askmebazaar customer care dept will call back.

It seems they are cheating and doing fraud with inocent customers.

I purchased above said mp3 player {AB5374689} that was found faulty.I, contact [protected] on 28 Sep, sms recd on 01 oct.He{mob No [protected]} contact me in two times said send Rs 325/-through card to card transfer{Card No [protected]} then only we will give you the total money, then i send it Rs 325/- on 11 Oct at 1990hrs, but no response.[
