I appreciate your post on consumer complaint which gives us an opportunity to explain about your complaint and queries...we are the service oriented company; we provide opportunities not offer letters. As we promised each jobseeker that enrolled with our services, we follow the basics to deliver the best results. To know more please read through the below info, surprisingly in your case you mentioned that you haven’t received any job opportunities but as per our records we have shared more than what we have promised along with contact details of the hiring HR mangers(which no company does), as a senior professional you might be aware a recruitment company only can send the candidate resume to the companies, As per your complaint, I understood that you’re expecting us to send offer letter not the job opportunities (that too a government entity in UAE), for the fee which you have paid to our company.
Now as your time period is over to serve you, you come with this kind of complaints. However we are ready to help you even after the contract is over to work on your profile.

We will introduce you to professionals similar to your roles for a better exposure of companies/roles/process etc...
Under this program you can also have a one to one discussion with the professionals with in the network for a better relationship.
We have no objection if both parties agree to exchange or swap opportunities.

Resume will be prepared & drafted afresh showcasing the Skills Sets & Competencies to reflect the ability of the Professional in a better manner.
Relevant Job Openings will be shared with the Professional and with his / her concurrence, the Resume will be forwarded to the Client.
Utmost care & caution will be taken not to disturb the Professional with non relevant opportunities and only the suitable openings will be shared.
Resume will not be forwarded to every Job Opening as we view You as a Senior Human Resource and not a Human Commodity. Resume will be shared with the Client only post your interest in the Opening.
