Aspire Placement — Job placement not provided

Dear sir/madam,
Please note that i got a call from m/s aspire placement, #503, 6-3-1/085/d, dega towers, raj bhavan road, somajiguda, hyderabad, and a followed email stating that they will provide assistance to find a job in uae, and their fee will be us $499, out of which us $[protected]/- indian rupees) should be paid in advance. the balance should pay against the successful service from them, which is after securing a job, after the interview arranged by m/s aspire. if m/s aspire fail to provide offered service within 180 days of payment, they will refund the 100% of the paid amount. (please refer point.10 in attachment#1-contact copy). based on the same i requested the mode of payment, and account details. they informed me through phone that payment can be made through cheque, tele transfer or credit card payment and provided the account details via mail (please refer attachment#2-bank details from aspire i have done the payment). so i made the payment via my uae bank (adcb) credit card (please refer attachment#3-payment proof) and m/s aspire acknowledge the payment receipt through mail (please refer attachment#4-payment acknowledgement from aspire).
After that i received some email from m/s aspire mentioning that they are forwarding my cv to some companies/their channel partners in uae. but till date i did not receive even a single interview from any of companies in uae, referred by m/s aspire placement. it has been more than 180 days and as per m/s aspire’s contact term, the money should be returned back. when i claim same, they are not responding to my email or not providing their offered service.
So i request you to do necessary to take necessary action agains m/s aspire and thereby to refund my money. i also request you to take a favorable action against m/s aspire, in order to prevent others to be cheated by aspire in this way.
