My name is abdulla from uae and am in look out for jobs in abudhabi and applied for various jobs in job portals. Looking at my profile, this company called aspirejobz.com (Http://aspirejobz.com/) approached me. A sales consultant name hassan share me for a big posion and saying that the ceo of company knows me (Company name not disclosed) with an attractive package. He conveyed to me that my resume need some dressing to suit the requirements of the clients & said it would cost 2200$ and my brother cost him 4200$ for resume rewriting and end to end customer vip support services and promised in a email that if i don’t get job within 6 months the money will be refunded. This happened on november 2015. After the payment is done i really shocked i thought they have good conections within uae department but unfortunately they were unable to do anything then hasan send me to madan his manager but its always the same after while nobody even responded to my queries and after . Afterwards i never heard from anyone. After continuous follow up, during february march madan and hassan washed there hands saying i don’t manage recruitment process and my job is only sales and asked me to get in touch with nobody. Finally when the 6 months waiting period was over by april when i asked hassan and madan for the refund, the head of recruitment team (Mr madan) calls me and says there is so much gap in the way i was handled and he will help to sort out & i will look out for job profiles and give an update every second day. A promise will always remain only as promise. Perfect example. He commits and goes on long leave, & then out of frustration approached hassan for refund of money, he has all the time in the world except to reply to emails. Chain of emails being sent without any answer. And now the update is refund requires multi level approvals and i need to wait. Whenever i escalate the issue the recruitment manager madan will send a formality mail to his finance team copying me advising them to make payment, but their finance team never react to any of his mails neither process my payment. Guys – whoever who is reading this, please be careful when dealing with this company (Http://aspirejobz.com/). I feel cheated by this company. Till date i have not got the refund, neither a positive answer from them. I don’t think they managed to place anyone and just playing with the people who wanted to pursue their career in any where so please becarful and dont give them any chance to steal your money its really not worth it .
