[Resolved] Aspirejobz.com — Fake recruitment agency promising people to get job in Dubai | |||
My Name is Balajee and am in look out for Finance Jobs in Middle east and applied for various jobs in Job Portals. Looking at my profile, this company called Aspirejobz.com (http://aspirejobz.com/) approached me. A sales consultant called Damodar approached me A sales consultant called Damodar approached me and shared a Job description for a company in Dubai (Company name not disclosed) with an attractive package. He conveyed to me that my resume need some dressing to suit the requirements of the clients & said it would cost INR 28, 500 for resume rewriting and end to end customer support and promised in a email that if i don’t get job in Middle east within 6 months the money will be refunded. This happened on 2nd week of December 2014. After the payment is done nobody even responded to my queries and after 3 weeks this salesperson Damodar reverted with a redesigned resume . Afterwards i never heard from anyone. After continuous follow up, during February Damodar washed his hands saying i don’t manage recruitment process and my job is only sales and asked me to get in touch with the Recruitment team. The most funny part is same JD was sent to two of my friends with the same set of promises. Luckily i stopped them getting into contract with this company. I was routed to various Recruitment Managers within Aspire Jobz. (Nadia J, Anju Sonia, Sai Krishna, Sofia & Finally Madan etc) i just felt like a ### in the hands of a pimp. They went to extent to set up fake interview schedules to convince me they are working on my profile. Whenever an interview is scheduled, the interviewer will always go on leave for a month, trying to make a mockery of the interview process. Finally when the 6 months waiting period was over by Mid of may and when i approached the Recruitment team for the refund, the Head of recruitment team (Mr Madan) Calls me and says there is so much gap in the way i was handled and he will help to sort out & i will look out for job profiles and give an update every second day. A promise will always remain only as promise. Perfect example. He commits and goes on long leave, & then out of frustration approached Sofia for refund of Money, she has all the time in the world except to reply to emails. Chain of emails being sent without any answer. When called to her desk in morning, someone picks and tell Sofia works only in afternoon, When called Mid day, someone will pick and tell Sofia will be coming to office at 3. When called after 3 PM, the response would be Sofia is on leave (a team of professionals who has answers for every situation). And now the update is refund requires multi level approvals and i need to wait. Whenever i escalate the issue the recruitment manager Madan will send a formality mail to his finance team copying me advising them to make payment, but their finance team never react to any of his mails neither process my payment. Guys – whoever who is reading this, please be careful when dealing with this company (http://aspirejobz.com/). I feel cheated by this company. Till date i have not got the refund, neither a positive answer from them. Sep 22, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved This forum really worked. After raising the concern in this forum, i sent the link to the Company. Immediately next day the Finance team called me up and passed the 50% and now following up with me to remove the complaint from this portal.

i received today the same call like you, in which they asked for 500 USD as advance and another 1500 USD have to give from first salary. its good that you posted this which saved my money.

This is a completely fraud site. The crooks asked me to initially pay USD 500 to register . Once theywere paid the amount, they kept giving 3-4 fake job profiles. Then they suddenly stopped communications. For the sake of all who do not want to be trapped like me, some names like: Sameera Khan, Nadia & their boss Krishnan. All fraudsters. My advice to this company: Therr r many ways of begging to earn their living .
They only give false promises. When I asked for refund, they apologized for no response from their staff Sameera Khan & after making me talk to their so called Manager Krishnan, put me on to another fraudster Nadira. Again same thing repeated. Fake job profiles & then communications stop abruptly. Calls come from Hyderabad.
Advice to these company characters : There r many ways of making money .
The money looted from me USD 500 will result in doomsday for each of the 3 characters who interacted with me. It is my curse.
This so called owner rangareddy, the best litmus test regarding ur genuineness would be if I am refunded my USD 500 which u & ur staff looted from me. Awaiting action, which I am sure is not going to happen.

Thanks a lots writing to forum, Yesterday I got a call from Aspirejobz.com his name is Mr. Rajesh and sent an agreement to pay USD $500 to get a job in Middle East. luckily I ask to sent the agreement copy, I said first I will read the agreement and then payment will be maid. I enquired through my friends and also searching the information in the forum and luckily I got info from this forum.
Becareful guys gather full details and then proceed. Even Genuine consultant also arranging fake interview. please circulate the info to your friends about this consultancy. once again thanks a lot.

I really apologize for what I wrote about Aspirejobz.com, I withdraw all my comments which I wrote against them. My problem is resolved now. They committed me six months and took more than seven months to provide services committed to me that made me post negative comments here.
Now I have to say nothing about them instead would give one suggestion, which is to maintain committed timeline for providing services.
The way they handled me in spite of all negative feedback and reviews, shows their professionalism and commitment towards their work.
I wish entire team of Aspire good luck.

Any one search for job though internet, should not pay any money to the recruiter company, because it is known that they receive their fees from the employer not from the job seeker

After few days later received a mail form Aspirejobz.com, she is name Sofia here i attached the below offer. After Sofia called me several time and ask me to pay USD170 for apply this job and she told me after i make payment i need to start work with in 10days. She call me 100 times that day and convince me to pay. After i make payment, no response from them. Again i call them and ask whether the payment received? Now 1 month completed nothing is happening. Another girl Daisy call me and said she is the in charge of my case and she is on leave for to make my CV. Once she make the CV then only they start to apply the job for me.
