Aspirejobz.com — No action from consumer forum

Dear sir
I have lodged complaint about 3 months back and no auction has been taken by consumer forum about the Aspirejobz.com in Hyderabad. they boldly saying that they cant give my money back and they said i didnt cooperate, and for the information they idndt even made any calls since jan or any offer.
Why consumer forum keeps quite and is it worth to complaint in this forum.
Can any other people can help us, so that other innocent people never get cheated by the above company
