I had placed an order for AsthiJivak through teleshopping on 11th Dec and had Rs.3600 via credit card. Material was shipped and received in couple of days but oil bottels were damaged.

I did talk to teleshopping representative and had sent the photos as proof for damaged item.

Till date i did not receive the item and teleshopping representative is not even receiving my calls from today onwards.

If the item cannot be replaced, i would like to have refund of Rs.1800.

I hope my problem is considered at your end and necessary action will be taken without any further details

Updated by Pragathi P I tried reaching the teleshopping people today as well through different number, they are so rude they keep the call on hold for couple of minutes ( just to irritate us) and disconnect.

I need my refund at the earliest (full amount which is Rs.3600) and do not want their product as the product they send across is not trustworthy.

I hope consumers get some resolutions for the issues raised and not the fraudulent agencies.
